place is always ice cold yes I know it's an ice arena but still when they have different types of events they should turn the heat on

They had a very organized pace pick up for the Kalamazoo marathon.

Good parking, small enough size that you can see the stage. Concessions are high but what do you do.

Always a great experience here for shows and games. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Cool show but very slow alcohol service. They must had hired people who had no idea what they were doing. Also ran out of basic alcohol very early. Poor management.

Took the kids to the dinosaur exhibit. Dinosaur adventure. Way too overrated and way too expensive. The equipment was busted down and very basic. Backdrops were torn and see through. There were no staff around to talk about any of the exhibits. The rides you can purchase at an additional price were very basic and several were broken. Wings staff were great. Whoever was responsible for the exhibit should be ashamed of themselves.

They cramed everyone in one section and noone was 6 feet away from each other for cleaning reasons

We spent money on two game nights of tix as we have family from out of town visiting. After spending over $150 on souvenirs and refreshments at the first game. They pulled my adult brother from his seat without explanation then accused him of using counterfeit money. I had to literally threaten to call the police before they would allow me to see him. Security was completely out of line and handled the situation terribly. We will NEVER spend another dime with this organization.

Fun environment for youth hockey, the kids love it :)

Great venue, great management. Concessions and souvenirs not overpriced. I was there because my granddaughters' dance team was performing. They both loved the whole experience.

Great place to go if you want to go to a K Wings hockey game. They also have concerts and other events here. Concessions are very pricey.

Very very reasonable prices. They grind their own burger which means you get top quality. They carry ethnic food too. The building is old but they keep it nice and clean.

This is your cliche little hockey arena. Fun times to be had here for sure. Although the KWings are the ECHL Affiliate of the NHLs Vancouver Canucks, it is still a fun place to go at an affordable price and its still fun just to cheer on the Kalamazoo Hockey Team.

Love it here, can't wait to make it a regular place to be.

This was a great hockey arena, even if I'm a Komets fan. The smaller size allows for the action to appear much much closer. It was a great time.

For arenas, can't really complain. Clean locker rooms, although confusing. Concessions. Arena was very heated (not sure if they run all the time, but it was hot!) The tournament was well organized and people were friendly.

First Time went to see 3 Doors Down the whole experience was fabulous.The seats, acoustics,the service, small lines to drinks and restrooms. Can't wait to go again with You Guys lol

Always something going on here to enjoy. Hockey isnt the only thing they are known for (although you will not be disappointed with their teams), they have an annual Christmas craft show that is insane! Hundreds of vendors, great selection of unique gifts and trinkets. Seating is always kept clean, staff is great, family friendly place with food drinks and bathrooms lol.

Always a fun time at Wings Stadium. The only reason I give it four stars is it could be cleaner.

They do like hockey and stuff here so check it out if you're into that

We got to go skating it was the first time for my kids we had a blast even with the falls and slips a great opportunity for us all.

Went to see cole swindle friday night omg had the time of my life. Security everywhere no fighting no worrying just a good time

Had a blast seeing Lee Brice and Maddie and Tae and it was a great venue. Can't wait to come back and see more. Great venue and even nose bleed was great seats.

We went to the "I love the 90's" concert and they were not prepared at all. It was 90+ degrees and everyone was complaining and they didn't do anything about it and said it was because there was no ice in the arena......... Did you not realize there was not going to be ice during the concert????? You should realize how much people and families do to attend to only have a horrible experience. I saw more EMT's running after people from heat exhaustion than I did the concert.

This is a good venue for lots of people, they handled the over 3000 wrestlers well. Only complaint is how dirty the bathrooms were, absolutely disgusting, but the could be due to the guests and how well they cleaned up after themselves. Will be going again next year

Nine dollars for a half bag of popcorn is ridiculous. Could hear the staff laughing and yelling in the hallway over the comedian. And, they told me I couldn't bring my keychain pepper spray in. Which, I understood, but if I'd had gone back to put it in my car, they said I'd have to go to the back of the line again. The line wrapped around the building and it was freezing. I had just waited in that line once. Why not let me take it to the car and come back through? He was a flaming moron.

It's small but it pretty much means you can't get bad seats.

To be fair and full disclosure, I do work here. It is home to Kwings hockey team where alot of fans gather for reasonable priced tickets and snacks for a sport that is actually fun to watch. Feel free to interact with the employees and from what I can tell we all love being hospitable to guests.

Fun place to go for a K-Wings game! Just watch out for pucks flying into the stands! $2 beers and dogs are great but you have to get there early on that night.

Went here for a concert. So can't really tell you too much about it. It was clean. The acoustics aren't the greatest for music. Just my opinion though.

Went for a K Wings hockey game. They lost but it was a good game. The event center is old but nice, generally clean except for sticky floors in the arena seating. Really need to replace the seating. If you are a large person you are squeezed into your seat. Great family fun. Concessions are good but pricey.

Food is way overpriced and the stadium itself is nothing special

My fiance and I constantly come to watch kwings games. We love it! Although the food is expensive and the arena could use an update, it's a great family place. It's definitely a fun experience.

I love watching the K Wings play & it's always a great time at the arena.

My father and I enjoyed our time at a concert. It's pretty clean, but seems very crowded when there's an event.

Main event arena too hot, no airflow.....too many people on the floor with wrestlers, makes it hard to watch

We love wings. Hockey games, wwe matches, concerts. It always goes smoothly. We always have fun. everyone who works here is great
