Windy city limousine Review

Our driver was excellent and super helpful he even gave us ideas for impromptu places to stop for more photos! The office team quickly handled any administrative issues that came up (there was a miscommunication about the timing and billing but it was easily patched up).

My driver Charles was there early and was good company on the ride to ORD.

We used Windy City s party bus limo for our wedding and it was an awful experience from start to finish. My cousin had previously used Windy City for his wedding in 2018 and there were no issues then, which leads me to think that all of the problems started and ended with our driver Vince.

Vince was incredibly unprofessional and unaware during the entire event. Our wedding day was very hot (humid 90+ degrees) and when we first got on the bus it was not even cooled down. Vince had no idea how to get the lights/music to work on the bus and his driving was very abrupt with start/stops which is not ideal when you are on a party bus.

Shortly after the bridal party pictures it began to rain, so we were able to find a location to lay low and wait. In this hour or so of waiting out the storm I realized I need something from the bus, so I called the phone number provided by Windy City but the phone went right to voicemail (it was off). I then was able to find an umbrella to walk out in the storm, knock on the bus door, and get Vince s attention to let me on the bus to grab the items I needed. Although I can t be sure, the bus wreaked of weed with a sad attempt to cover it up with Fabreze. Upon confronting Vince about why he didn t pick up his work phone he confirmed that it was off and the I should have called his personal phone (that he never gave me).

Upon arriving at the wedding ceremony a few bridesmaids had to go to the bus to grab items and realized that the bus had been left unattended and unlocked - luckily nothing had been stolen.

Lastly, after the reception when we were headed back to the hotel Vince asked to use my phone as a GPS because his was inaccurate . Although somewhat of a small inconvenience, this just topped off an awful experience with one of the single worst workers in any field I have ever had to deal with. My assumption is that Vince was newly hired (given that the wedding was shortly after COVID reopening) and inexperienced. This is the only logical explanation that I could develop given how terrible he was at this job.

I wish I could rate this with 0 stars and would love a full refund.

My Friends and Family used Windy City Limousine for a town function. The 23 passenger Mini Buses were beautiful and clean. The Chauffeurs were accommodating and professional at all times. I recommend everyone to use Windy City Limousine for all transportation needs. They even can book a car/bus in a different state/country which helps planning my vacations easier and stress free.

I do not recommend this company. The driver got there to pick us up and immediately proceeded to tell us that we would need to find someone to put our bags on the bus because he couldn t. He claimed he had a bad back and threatened that if we would not get our own bags on the bus, we would need to maybe find a different driver .
The group I was with was all elderly women. I was the youngest in the group and because of that, I had to load all of the bags on the bus, lifting them to the driver as he arranged them. I also assume I will have to unload the bus once we get to our location. This is insane. I, too, have a bad back for which I am already in physical therapy. If your drivers cannot offer the services, they should not be employed. Someone with a bad back isn t physically equipped to drive a bus. This was our groups first and last year using this terrible and unprofessional company.

I recently used this company for my mother and aunt as they were going on a "Girls Trip". The limo driver was very professional, on time, and my mom and son he was very nice. I was very happy with the service and how quickly and easily I was able to book with them online for a reasonable price.

We used them for a corporate event that lasted 2 days, and they were great to work with. The sprinter vans were clean, beautiful, and on time. The drivers were great, too. I had to change our pickup times/locations multiple times and they handled all the changes flawlessly. I was impressed - and so were our clients! Thanks for helping me pull off a great weekend!!

Had an early flight which required my driver to arrive around 3:30AM. Driver was early which I appreciate. Loaded my luggage and off we went. Car was a Lincoln SUV & just super comfortable. Driver was well dressed and extremely professional. Would use again in an instant.

Hired Windy City Limonene for 2 point to points, to and from a wedding. Outstanding!!! Super professional, nice, on time, clean rides and just an overall amazing experience. Both of drivers were great. Highly recommend !!!!

They were unprofessional and extremely slow to respond to emails. To make things worse, they told me that they had transportation available for the day I had requested but when I went to pay there was nothing available.
After over a week of wasting my time going back and forth I was able to secure a booking with Chicago Motor Coach within a couple hours. It was more expensive, but an infinitely less painful experience. I would recommend using literally anyone other than Windy City.
