Receptionist was very ignorant with me when asking for help for directory. She transferred the line while I was speaking!

Went here for the smoking cessation program last year. They were very kind and I am proudly approaching a year smoke free and no desire in looking back because of their resources.
-1 star because of the way they have been handling the covid situation but I also know it's not entirely their fault as to how it is handled. It's up to us as a community, too.
Otherwise, I give thanks to Dr. Ahmed and the rest of the wechu staff. They deserve a break when they can get it.

This place was so helpful and this place actually cares for people.

I'm disgusted with the lack of handling the outdoor gathering. During the lockdown I
advised LaSalle police about skating and
hockey going on daily on turkey Creek. The police did nothing so I contacted wechu who told me to contact bylaw who did nothing. So I tried to contact wechu again and no reply...
If rinks are closed and gatherings over 5 was deamed breaking the rules then why wasn't it being handled!

Thank you to Dr. Ahmed, Theresa Marentette, the staff of WECHU and all front line health care providers for their dedication to getting all of Windsor and Essex County through this pandemic. It takes a great amount of time and effort to navigate through these uncharted waters. Keep the faith team! Windsor and Essex County will come out strong because of all of you. Cheers.

We live in a Hotspot for Covid and last week, they opened the eligibility to 18 years or going to be 18 years in 2021 and booked appointment.. But, however today, they refused to put Vaccine as you have to be 18 on the day of the vaccination. Had they confirmed this earlier, it would have saved us a trip..Very very poor communication..

Incompetence to the highest degree. Driven by ideology and not science. They have forgotten that they are not elected officials. Really shameful.
