Fantastic service! My PVC door locking mechanism broke, I took it apart and went along with the parts to Window Ware. The correct replacement lock box was immediately found, bought for reasonable price.. and the chap helped to reassemble the strip and mechanism right there (yeah, I d dismantled the lot), thanks!
