In February, I had an estimate for all of my windows with a polite and knowledgeable sales rep from The Window Broker. The rep helped me understand what components of a window were the most important, as I had no idea prior to our appointment. After another estimate, I decided that the Window Broker would be the best option. The work has already been completed and was done in a timely manner. The installers were accommodating and professional. Their work was better then I had expected and I love my new windows. It just so happens that Window Broker did my neighbors windows, and I talked to a guy about having some window's done at my mom's house. They came over, looked at it, gave me a fair estimate, and they were there today actually (10/16/2020) to start the work, and it looks amazing already with the amount of wood work they had to do. I cannot wait to see the finish of what they're doing. They have awesome communication, and great craftsmanship.
Friendly and accommodating during the sale, but lacked follow through and did not live up to the requirements specified in the contract or drawings they provided. They did not clean up the grounds or even the windows they installed. Poor installation on a number of windows causing air leaks, not all the screens fit properly, defective windows were installed and installation of replacement trim was unsatisfactory (unfinished wood, cuts not straight, bad joints) and unprofessional. The installers damaged our homes siding and even removed insulation from behind our siding. The caulking installation was messy and it did not match the window color.
Contracted them for windows, roof and siding. Could not be happier. Quality products within our budget. Installers were knowledgeable and friendly. Worksite was clean at each end of workday. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!
