I'm sorry to hear of the Proprietors passing. As far as the company I believe that they have monopolized Beverly and in a way it's a good thing to promote more housing expose however it is geared for higher-end living not really affordable the average family. Not to mention the rap that have engulfed this town is much like the state of New York due to all the sudden Construction. All in all I'd have to say that this person / people are very smart and I give them two thumbs up in the business sense
