Windmill Grill Review

The owner is not a nice person, & treats his employees badly.

It's very expensive for regular diner meals. Could go to an applebees or chili's type restaurant and get meals with cocktails for the same price as here.

I had the breaded tenderloin and it was awesome. Had an excellent server also.

Good down home food and excellent service like one would expect from more expensive restaurants. Menu is varied and includes vegetarian choices. A side dish is included in the price and includes many vegetables, not just potatoes as in some places. Portions are large so we each took home part of our entree and their delicious desserts. Will definitely return when in Kokomo again.
Wondered why it was called Windmill Restaurant. Building is not shaped like a windmill, which we had expected, nor does it have windmill decorations.

Always a great place to eat. Love ther BBLT even with turkey bacon they are delicious!!

Standard American fare. Nothing fancy or outstanding. But very reliable, friendly staff, and affordable options.

Good food. Their tenderloin is pretty decent considering kokomos lack of good food. Good "biggest burger". Server, a girl named "indiya", was slow and inattentive. Good food, though!

I ordered the apricot glazed pork chops. They were cooked perfectly, and tasted wonderful. Our waitress, Alicia, was very sweet and knowledgeable of the menu. Keep up the good work Windmill Grill.

Kids and I had a nice breakfast... very friendly staff and good food. Restaurant was clean, and, due to the CoronaVirus, seating was only allowed at every other table (which was good to see).

Bland and unimaginative food is combined with bad service.

Was just there to grab my takeout order I had to correct amount of money cash. gave it to the young lady behind the window she came back and said I was $0.25 short so either I dropped it or she dropped it I did not want to use my debit card I figured $0.25 was not a big deal but I end up having to use my debit card you just lost a customer for life

My catfish was delicious and this was the best side Caesar salad I've had in Kokomo in a long time.

To be honest, I'm just not sure what all the hype us about. Granted, I've only been a few times, but I've never been blown away by the food, the service, or the price.

Onion Bale was great. Country fried steak was good but the gravy needed a little more seasoning and the flour cooked out more. Service was very good and everything was clean.

This place is a Kokomo gem. Its family owned and has options that reflect a Hoosier family diner feel. There's nothing fancy but there doesn't need to be. I've eaten there my entire life when visiting my grandparents and I've yet to have a bad meal. It's very affordable for family dining and the service staff always has a smile. I recommend the bison burger!

The food at Windmill Grill is very good and the service is awesome they're a little pricey but it's well worth it.

The food was good. The owner would not let me order a smaller portion because I cannot eat such a large meal. Sad they will not allow you to order what you want even though I had a card from my Dr saying I had surgery and requested a smaller meal.

Hash browns with everything were outstanding. Could have eaten a whole plate of that alone!
