Good down home food and excellent service like one...

Good down home food and excellent service like one would expect from more expensive restaurants. Menu is varied and includes vegetarian choices. A side dish is included in the price and includes many vegetables, not just potatoes as in some places. Portions are large so we each took home part of our entree and their delicious desserts. Will definitely return when in Kokomo again.
Wondered why it was called Windmill Restaurant. Building is not shaped like a windmill, which we had expected, nor does it have windmill decorations.
