Tenpin bowling facility is in tatters!
Don't waste your time to even consider them.

Our conference for 60 people kicked off well on day 1. Day 2 was disaterous, the lunch was terrible...!! Even the staff agreed with us! This was despite the fact thag only 40 of the 60 conference goers were lunching!

Not up to standard as it used to be...the quality of food not good...toilet hygiene n even quality of toilet paper.just most things not up to standard

I went to the casino and Ocean Basket for lunch. Well the casino is like any other casino, the grounds look clean, I think more attention should be paid to the grounds though. The food at Ocean Basket was nice, pity about the flies that seem to hang around, very off putting.

Awesome place.. Our second New Year's Eve there, hasn't disappointed at all :)

Hotel very nice with pool. Casino Kids area needs allot of work. Bowling also needs to be updated.

It's a nice place to be at , but it does need a bit more work. It doesn't compare to casinos Grandwest or Monte casino

Not really much to do for the kids so we did not stayed there an hour even.

Spur restaurant. Great food, good place for children to play and friendly and helpful personnel

Being asked for an ID Copy at the Casino is inconvenience in so many levels. Who carries their ID Copy around at this day and age?

Casino itself is still looking wonderfull, although the bowling and shops around it is in a bad state.

Was very quiet for a Saturday night. The restaurants were closed early. Absolutely no vibe of any kind.

Covid19 measures severely lacking rules and regulations are not adhered too, once on casino floor numerous persons with masks being worn around the chin area, snuff products still being used despite clear signage not to use the product, staff just don't approach member's of the public and ask their clientele to put on face masks properly and not use snuff products. Queuing outside to get into the casino no social distancing rules are adhered to of 1.5 meters, due to staff not enforcing the rules, I've already had covid19 and don't need to get it again.

Horrible place... Okay, I'm back to this comment i made almost 6 months ago just to edit and complete the story. I was with my family in Bloemfontein, since there is no other option for bowling in this town we decided to spend time here and try out their bowling. Well the bowling was a terrible experience, it's like the world's worst bowling place you can think of. Anyways, the one star isn't for the bowling experience, but for the kind of people that you get to see here, a "3rd class attitude" type citizens. One group of white people, totally wasted (drunk and probably on drugs) approached us as we made through the exit, and then they started to insult us for no reason at all. I was on the verge of beating the hell out of them but I just told them "stop insulting and find your way out". A good advice is to avoid this place especially if you are going out with children.

When we got there they told us that only 2 lines are working. It turned out these 2 lines were also faulty. Some of the pins kept falling over and the computer calculated the points incorrectly. We paid R40 per person and didn't received a refund. The person in charge whose name is Lebo just told us that he cannot do a refund. Poor service and no integrity
