Windermere Real Estate/Maple Valley Review

I had a great experience with Maple Valley Windermere. My agent Emily went above and beyond when I was looking at a cross country / out of state move. She organized showings (even via FaceTime), helped me coordinate my kids schools, daycares, gyms, grocery stores, you name it. She was very open and honest in all of her showings, as well as advice. In some instances, like new builds, she knew even more about the product than the building agent. Emily made things very easy, and I recommend using her as well as Windermere Maple Valley.

Leslie and Diana have made the house hunting process an incredibly smooth experience. We are overwhelmingly happy to be working with them.

Meridith Kohn is the best real estate agent we have ever dealt with. This was the fourth time we have used her for real estate sales in the last six years and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.

We needed to sell our house when moving out of state. Kellie Batali did a great job throughout the process. Much of the preparations had to be done while we were already out of state, and Kellie did a great job of helping coordinate things when we couldn't be physically present, including touching base with contractors doing repairs and so forth, arranging for someone to haul away leftover materials, etc.

House sold promptly at a good price, entire process went very smoothly, and Kellie was extraordinarily helpful throughout. She really knows the Mirrormont neighborhood and the market around there, and it shows.

My first hand knowledge of our situation buying a house listed through them is the septic inspection was done the DAY BEFORE closing. The keys were not in lock box hours after sale was recorded and we had to travel to the Maple Valley office to PICK OUR KEYS UP FROM UNDER A TREE IN FRONT OF THEIR BUILDING. What I know about second hand regarding what our realtor and mortgage people went through is worse, but those are their stories to tell. The advice I got from our realestate attorney is to file a formal complaint and I intend to.

Working with Leslie Stoecker was a real pleasure. She kept in contact with me all the time letting me know every time a new listing came up in the area that she thought we d be interested in. Made sure I new about the area and neighborhood. Helping us to get the best price on our new home. I would recommend Leslie to anyone who is looking for a home. She was great to work with.

Find a different realtor. I would have been better off selling the property myself. I paid a large fee in order for the agent to take pictures and add me to an email notification service. Even after the sale, I was left trying to figure out and fix the things that went wrong. The agent was not an advocate me, the owner blamed anyone else he could find and the corporate office washed their hands of the whole matter. There are plenty of other realty agencies, don't make the mistake I did.
