I work here and the employees are great and great atmosphere

Worked here and it is an extremely hostile work environment. Had a supervisor who was my coworker mad that I was in the same position as him so he decided to go in and edit my time and cut my hours. HR and the owner were made aware of this as was the Plant supervisor. I was told that he would be reprimanded and to this date he is still employed and supervising. I asked several people including upper management and HR if I had done the same thing would i still be employed and they said "No". I had threats against me from him and others that had been mad at my hiring because they felt an outsider shouldn't be hired for supervision. All of this was documented and put in my resignation letter as well. To this day my lost hours were not recouped or paid for and I had to leave because of the hostility.

I work at winco and we take pride in what we ship out. We keep up morale by having friendly competition between shifts. Employee benefits rock to the nth.

Delivering a load of supplies here. Arrived evening before appointment & was allowed to dock & sleep on property for unload in am. Cant complain one bit. It's always nice when a trucker is allowed to sleep on property. Employees I interacted with were polite & helpful.

Been at WinCo a little over 7 years...was a tempirary for awhile..been hired on little over 4years....love working there...if u put ur head down...learn as much as u can...u will advance and get raises steadily.....i went through some personal stuff at one time...and they worked with me and let me come back...will always give this company 110 percent wjen im there....and look forward to many good years to come
