If your looking for an organization that will serve the ones you love with development mental needs this is the place to go.

Great place to have a love one who's disabled or has disabilities.

They have a great staff . Their programs are fantastic for people with Developmental Disabilities.

While a few staff members truly care about their clients, sadly the majority do not. Gossipy staff. Staff talks badly about clients in front of other clients. Clients get left unattended by staff. Clearly clients are not top priority to the majority of the staff. There ARE a select few staff members who are very caring and attentive, but unfortunately it is not the case for all staff. Staff changes frequently, so there is no real consistency when it comes to the employees.

I truly enjoy working for this company. My fellow staff are amazing people and together we make it a great environment.

A wonderful organization for all the people who have some sort of disability. They have helped me Along the way with my disability and I need to thank them for all help I have received from them. A number one help I feel I've that they have helped me with is driving me to and back from the doctor appointment's I have had in the past since I can't drive for all time. So all I can say is just, if you or someone you know has some sort of disability and needs help, I suggest you all go and check out what the organization may be able to you with, I give them a 5 star rating.

A company which truly cares about the clients, who all have disabilities. They are always ready to help, listen and assist. They have deep understanding of the needs of the clients to be respected and treated with the same attention as any one of us would like to be treated. The client's needs really come first!

The RISE program for adults with physical and mental challenges provides excellent activities in a nurturing environment. Through community outings and interactive projects at the facility the staff encourage each individual to reach their full potential, inspiring a greater sense of self-confidence.

Great company to work for. Joy steel is such an amazing CEO. Being with the company for 8 years and I love it. You must have a heart to taking care of people with different background. It's a blessing from God.

I have worked for Willows way for 15 years prior to having a Host Home for the last 3 years. Willows Way cares about their clients and staff. I have seen both sides as a staff and continued connection as a Host Home Provider serving a client in their agency. They care deeply about the people that they serve. I would highly recommend this agency to any family looking for their family member.
