I recently purchased a winch from this company and I found the product to be average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of winches, but the delivery took longer than expected. The product itself works fine, but I had some issues with the installation instructions not being very clear. Customer service was helpful when I called about the installation issues, but it took some time to get through to a representative. Overall, the experience was average. I would recommend the company for their product range, but improvements could be made in delivery times and clarity of instructions.
