All I can say is god help you if you have a chap called Paul acting for you. Talks the talk but just simply says everything you want to hear and fails to back it up with any substance. Unsure if he actually knows what he s doing. REGRETS
Our buyers wanted to exchange and complete with only 24hrs notice! We needed our purchase accelerating to match. Hayley, Alison, and of course Peter sorted it all out. Worst service ever! I wish I never hired them. The only reason I instructed this film to deal with my conveyancing was because they are in house solicitors for Your Move. I thought it would be smoother having an in house solicitor, but I was wrong, very wrong! Communication between myself and the solicitor was extremely poor and my emails and any call back requests were regularly ignored. The estate agent and I were regaurly having to contact the firm for updates and we had to wait weeks for a responce at times. Their service is dreadful and their work is just as bad. I had to send my marriage certificate 3 TIMES to them!!! I would never recommend this firm to anyone. My advice to anyone considering them, STAY AWAY!!!

Willsons are the lawyers representing the buyer of my house - they require daily chasing from my EA. The reception will not transfer calls and constantly fob us off. The searches were delayed in being applied for.
Our offer was accepted in November 2020 and enquiries have still not been raised in the middle of January 2021. What an embarrassment for Willsons.
