This chicken pot pie is a joke. How long are you going to rip off the customers?? We have had it twice only because our daughter said it was good but it was terrible twice. Really a few chunks of chicken is all they can afford?? See ya.

I don't know about this "Premium White Meat" that is "Made from Vegetarian-Fed Chicken Raised Without Antibiotics" in your Chicken Pot Pie. Tasted like an ordinary chicken to me. Decent amount of chicken in the Pot Pie. Labels sounds like a _reason_ to charge $5 (from Whole Foods) for an appetizer. Better to buy it at Walmart for $3.

CHICKEN POT PIE is an appetizer or snack portion. Great gravy flavor. Balanced ingredients.

Totally disappointed! Bought a medium pie, just shy of 9 bucks, and there is Maybe a half breast! What the heck? Nice if you like gravy, not enough to feed 2! Not a fan anymore! I used to have enough for 4 with a medium.

the food is amazing. We stock up on the frozen chicken pies whenever we are in town. WE were very excited to find some of them in a local supermarket where we live a few states away. The buffalo chicken salad is great - when we have family events in NJ, family coming from the area often bring it for us!

First and last time I m having the chicken pot pie it should be called a veggie pie no chicken psh unreal.

Don t buy this until they change back to real chicken instead of the disgusting cubes of mechanically separated chicken!



They should fire the genius who is going to bankrupt the company by saving a few dollars, and apologize to the customers they are trying to trick with this horrible substitute.

I randomly picked this up while shopping for a healthy dinner for pregnant wife. I and my wife really enjoyed it and all the ingredients. Was really surprised by how many people saying it tasted funny and they were going back to a big name brand with drug injected chickens. Only criticism is the sodium content but overall good job Willow Tree!

Purchased a chicken pie and was very disappointed. Had big chunks of chicken but they were not fully cooked. Could barely cut them with a knife. When chicken is cooked you can separate it with a fork. This chicken was tough and chewy. Tried one piece and spit it out. Horrible taste. Would not even give to my dog. Waste of money. Won t purchase Willow tree again.
Will contact owners today.

Used to Love buying the Big chicken pies, Our family really enjoyed them, but as of the last year, chicken is rubbery and there is hardly any chicken in the big pies anymore. What a disappointment now. Miss the old pies.

My husband has taken willow tree chicken salad to work for 15 years ! When you just closed do to pandemic he was devastated. He is your #1 customer!!

Drove 20 minutes to get 2 large chicken pies. When I arrived I saw signs with there phone number so you could call your order in and then they would bring in out side to complete the transaction. Tried to pay with cash but was told per the FDA that cash transactions were not allowed. Contacted the FDA and this is not true. Have contacted an attorney and will file a lawsuit against them for unlawful practice and since I'm 71 years old also an age discrimination lawsuit. This unlawful practice has got to stop...m

I have used your chix pie for years. Was always one of my favorites until last night. What have you done to it? Small chunks of chix watery gravy and pie crust very soggy cooked
as per directions. Not happy won't buy again until you bring back the way it used to be.

The pie use to be wounderful. Now you pay 13.00 for just crust and gravy. Called told they would refund me and send me out another pie. Never did. Dnt wast your money on this companys product

If you wanted a crust with gravy with a few sad pieces of turkey in it you have found the right turkey pie.

I used to live in walking distance now it's a 45 minute drive. May daughter is pregnant and really wanted your chicken salad so I drove there and it's closed. I understand why but you need to up date your wedsite.

I just bought your chicken salad at your store in Attleboro was a total letdown. All I had was mayo and ground down chicken. It was not like the willow tree of past with big pieces of chicken and just a tad of mayo. Why did you change your original recipe?

This chicken pie is really just gravy and crust. Although after I tasted the chicken, that was a blessing. The crust and gravy are OK. The chicken is nasty! It has a funny taste - like it frozen or over frozen. The only other time I tasted chicken like that was in bad chinese food. It only had four pieces of chicken in the whole pie (and a few little stringy pieces).

Why I gave a 4 star chicken pie doesn't have the whole chicken breast meat like they used to it was tender fell apart but the chunks of chicken are not fall apart tender ,gravy still is awesome crust too .. I would like it to be the way I always have it .

The food was delicious. Great for a quick quality meal.

Sadly we used to like the Willow Tree Farms, all white meat chicken pie. I bought one yesterday at Shaws in NH. When I opened the package the pie was stuck to the packaging, no big deal, it looked like some of the sauce had spilled in the package when they were putting it in. Apparently they package the pie before freezing. ANyway I looked at the crust and there was the distinct impression of two fingers on the left and 3 on the right of the pie!! I assume (hope) that those were gloved hands. To make a long story short many of the pieces of chicken had a gristly membrane on it, it was disgusting. I guess their workers just throw any old piece of chicken in the mix and no one cares about quality. We couldn't eat it and threw it out. We hadn't purchased a WIllow Tree pie in several years because of a previous bad experience, they have definitely gone down hill in the quality department, we used to enjoy their product but will never buy again.

sorry but the frozen chicken pie I got that was supposed to feed 3, was not even enough for one person, was 80 percent gravy and hardly anything else, I had to eat something after,,

I accidentally left my credit card here the other day after buying some very tasty chicken salad...didn't realize it and they called the bank who then contacted me to let me know! Such kind and honest people!

The chicken salad is phenomenal! Best I've ever had!

Always fresh. Always delicious. Friday's clam chowder and clam cakes are a bonus. Some weeks I make another trip back just for that

Purchased four 8 oz chicken pies with vegetables. The chicken (what little there was) was very tough and hard. After playing the first pie and seeing such a lille amount of chicken, ai actually removed the chicken and weighed it. There was 1.7 ounces of chicken. Not very much for an adult dinner. Very disappointed.

Used to be a long time favorite. Purchased at a local grocery store and after cooking it had mostly gravy and two small chicken pieces. If I can post the picture, I will. Hey guys, step up your game, the quality is tanking all around from chicken salad and now to gravy pies

Looking for a quick bite to eat? They have delicious chicken salad. It s not just pot pies. Those are ok. But I go for the hot foods and salads. You can pick up bread and dessert too. Best part, party platters! It s not gourmet, but hey, it s convenient.

I purchased one of your pies today and was extremely disappointed with the quality of chicken you are now using. It does not compare to what I remember from five years ago. Sorry to have to say that, as you were one of my favorites.

There was a triangular shard of metal, about 3/8" in my chicken pot pie. I am not a troll and I am not making this up. I bit into it in a way that I wasn't hurt, but this is obviously a *huge* problem. It could have seriously injured someone. How did this happen? Honestly, I'd been enjoying the pie very much despite the irregularly cut chicken chunks. Metal in the pie, though? What?

I've been a fan for years... The chicken salad is still fantastic but the chicken pot pies are seriously lacking recently...there's only a few small pieces of chicken in each pie. Not worth buying at all

I have bought the chicken pot pies years ago and they were so much better. I just bought one the other day, a medium size one that is suppose to feed 3 people for $8.98, it had one chicken breast in it with gravy. (so did not feed 3 people. Chicken had a bone in it, and it was tough. If it was good I would pay the money for it, but I make better chicken than that. Sorry willow tree, you have made changes

your pie is soooo good i did a trash search to find the receipt so i could go back to the store and stock up. i have never done that before. I couldn't find the store receipt and as luck would have it the box had been picked up for recycling while it was baking.so I went to all my local haunts, no luck. desperate i searched the internet looking at images for chicken pot pies. i remembered what the box looked like. then i had an epiphany i by local so i googled made in new england chicken pot pies and voila i found you.

I can't figure out which Willow Tree product is my favorite. I love the traditional chicken pie but I just can't get their dips off of my mind. Huge fan of the buffalo chicken and the chicken caesar dips or as I call them Chicken Crack!

Everything is fantastic!! The people are very friendly and the prices are too. Love it!! I highly recommend Willow tree farm to everyone!!

Went there last week, got chicken salad and a pot pie the chicken salad was good but the pot pie was a total let down, it's just crust chicken and gravy no peas, carrots...and the older woman that was there who I'm almost sure is the manager or owner was rude which is why I won't be back.

I have purchased Willow Tree products as far back as I can remember. There will always be a pound of Chicken and Ham salad in our fridge. I have never had a bad experience and the flavor is always great. I just count myself lucky that I have the actual store in my home town so I don't have to pay more at the grocery store. Thank you for the years of great quality and service =) If you haven't tried the Chick Salad, you are missing out!!!

Staff is extremely friendly & knowledgeable. Everything I got was great- definitely try the bacon mac! Service was super fast as well

Ive been having these for years and i enjoy them. Makes me a nice little dinner with corn and mash potatoes and i like the gravy . Its always tasty to me

I just purchased one of your Chicken Pot pies for the first time today. I thought it was excellent. There were many large pieces of chicken, the vegetables tasted very fresh, and the sauce was very tasty. I will certainly buy them again. Thank you.

What a great little place ... Sandwiches made fresh.. also frozen bagged soup.. a great place to stop for a quick lunch if you're in the area.. staff was super friendly and very helpful

There with my husband, he picked up a trailer load delivering to North East PA. Love their chicken!

What happened? The pot pies are gross and watery. I felt so sick after one slice.
