Avalanche of class since Bougher left. I ve gone here for over a decade and loved Dr Bougher and his staff. I had no idea he even left until I came in for a scheduled visit and they told me when I was in the chair. This was manipulative on their part as they knew some patients would not return with him gone. I was introduced to the new doctor and wanted to like him. Dr Almumaiz. He was not very friendly and his bed side manner leaves much to be desired. I returned to have my permanent crown fitted and sat in the chair for 45 minutes with no doctor!! One of the techs came in after 30 minutes and said he was at another appointment and was on his way back and grabbing lunch and would be back in 10 minutes. LIE. 30 minutes later a front desk assistant came in and told me he was still held up at another appointment off site and would not be back and I d have to reschedule. I was furious. I live an hour away from this office and it was a complete waste of time and gas. I rescheduled my appointment since I already paid for my crown ahead of time and got it taken care of. Im a very reasonable person and understand that things happen. During my visit today, not ONE person apologized for the NO SHOW Dr Almumaiz had during my last visit. Dr. Almumaiz should have said something. The 2 minutes he spent with me was very mechanical and cold. I was greatly disappointed and will be looking for a new dentist.
