This is a Williamson County and City run health center building located in Round Rock. You can get the corona vaccine for free, and you can also get various vaccines and treatments at a low price. Due to the large number of people visiting, there may be long reservations, but in case of an emergency, we can arrange the time earlier. The staff and the doctors working here were friendly and there was no discomfort during the visit.
Reservation by phone is required prior to your visit.
We were there just to get a flu shot for my son, they took over 1 hour just for the flu shot! The receptionist is very nice and the nurse was too but the wait is horrible, we were there in the afternoon and it was empty.
Instead of prioritizing getting covid vaccines out (whoch you recieved on Wednesday), you hoard 900 doses and decide to close up for shop instead of getting them out to our Frontline workers? you should be ashamed of yourselves! The great thing about the internet is now we can see what's going on, and who's guilty of it. Citizens of Williamson county will not forget how you put them at risk and prioritize your own vacation over the health and safety of our Frontline workers during a global pandemic. Shame. On. You.
Office people were friendly & the clinic was very clean. The nurse was amazing.
The retail food program of this county is short staffed, backlog is horrendous and no one in the department cares to fix the issues. A combination of short on staff and unreasonable policies has left this department a undesirable department to deal with. Someone should care enough to do something about this.
