They employ a so called doctor by the name of Kristine Carter. She is clueless and will misdiagnose you. She shouldn’t be allowed to practice. If you get referred to her trust me do not go and find another physician. Not going to her can save your life
My husband is a cancer patient on the fourth floor and he has an amazing group of people taking care of him! His RN today is Tess and she's an awesome nurse !
Hey Memorial Hospital can you work on your billing site?
I am tired of getting a bill for one amount in the mail and it is a different amount online with no way (except calling) of knowing what the additional amount is.
Also, why do I have to have to login to a separate portal to pay when I have the patient portal?
Singing River Health System has all in one and with a breakdown of the bill.
Please do us all a solid and fix this! PLEASE!
I don't know if this is the right forum for this review. This concerns the Memorial Clinic at Cedar Lake off Interstate 10 in North Biloxi. This morning I had a colonoscopy procedure done. Everybody I was in contact with could not have been more polite and knowledgeable. My appreciation and sincere thanks to all for being so nice to me. It was not unnoticed on my part.

Took my two daughters to memorial hospital right here in Gulfport to seek medical treatment and the doctor here at the emergency room would not prescribe any medications for my daughters. He said he has been a doctor (DR. Chamberlain) for over 15 years and he said for me to get over the counter medication for them. I said that s what they ve been doing for a week, and he shrugged his shoulders and said well than it needs to run it s course. All I asked the doctor to do was prescribe my daughters some RYNEX it s medicine for coughing and decongestant it s a medicine that I can not buy over the counter I can t believe it was too much hard work for him to write a prescription. He also said that I need to bring my girls to their normal nurse practitioner and not to the emergency room. I had no idea me and my daughters was such a big burden to his job as a doctor.
Staff get a 4.0.
Understandably the ER is very busy and the staff dies as well as can be expected.. With covid and all they are more than likely on high anxiety. So with that they can be short,not rude, just blunt to the point.
The ICU staff is also the same.
The 6th floor staff is great. Stressed but not as much as the rest they take the time to answer the questions.
Hospital cleanliness get a 2.0 bathrooms dirty, I personally wiped the chair down and it was grimy. Cloth came up dark brown after done. Hair on the floor. It needs to do more QC in this area
I would like to thank all those who cared for my 90 year old mom before and after her surgery to remove colon cancer. Everyone treated every challenge with knowledge and professionalism but most importantly with love and kindness! May God s blessings pour out upon you!
Dr. Samir Tamajian is amazing. He spent so much time with me and explained so much detail with me. He even looked at my MRI and showed me what he was observing. He seemed to actually care and his goal is to get me better so I dont "have to see him again".
Came with my husband to get a covid test done, the nurses outside were amazing but there was a guy/ kid standing outside in EMT clothing that was VERY rude. Instead of explaining what was going on he very rudley told us about the one lane they decided to make into 2. New to town and he alone made me not want to come back or even ask anything
The COVID unit staff are the best in the business. I could not have been taken better care of! God bless each of you! and thank you for saving me.
