I walked in and was immediately greeted by several employees with smiles. The ladies in the office and the salesman team were super patient and helpful with getting me what I needed. Have to give a huge shout out to Evan for staying with me through the whole process.
I will definitely be back!!

I had a great experience buying a tractor from Williams out of Fayetteville. I dealt with them solely online to purchase a new Case FarmAll 75C. I am based out of Wisconsin and there was no inventory in my area. Cody Joyner was the salesman I worked with and he was able to get me a price that was $9k less than my local dealer wanted and I was going to have to wait 7 months to take delivery because the tractor would have to be sent from factory. I had never purchased a large piece of equipment online before and was a little nervous about doing a wire transfer before taking delivery, but it all worked out great. I only had to wait for the Thanksgiving holiday to pass and the tractor was on a truck in the afternoon on Monday and was in my driveway at 8 am the next day! It was a 690 mile trek and freight cost $1625. Tractor was exactly as described and there was great communication throughout the entire process. I was so impressed with the experience I made a video about the tractor and the buying experience on YouTube, just search for "driftlessinwi 75c

Thanks!

Always good service when I go. Only thing is both times I when today the clerks that helped me out didn't have on they're mask. Nice guys, but I hope I don't get sick. Would have been 5 stars.

Bought a new Hustler early last year and they had to air the tire up when I picked it up. Tire leaked off every week to week and a half. Belt started slipping mid summer and started throwing the belt. While re-installing the belt I noticed that one of the anti scalp roller was never installed ( still had paint in the holes ). I had to pay for everything ( including never installed roller ), they claim they are all "Wear Parts". So stay away from Hustler mowers, apparently you have to replace the tires, belts and rollers every year!
Well after their response I felt compelled to add a little bit.
It wasn't 18 months, not even close. I didn't choose to take a "Carry Over Model", I went in looking for that specific model and was not told it was a carry over model. I was also never told it was deeply discounted, I asked the price and they gave me a price.
When I originally viewed the mower the tire was flat and I was told they would fine me a different mower. When I picked it up they said it was the only one they had and if the tire gave me problems they would "Take Care Of It".
I didn't do a white glove inspection of the mower, but when the belt popped off mid summer I did notice that there was 1 anti scalp roller that had never been installed as evidenced by the paint still in the hole.
