Big store on four floors loaded with anything that is connected with gourmet food preparation. Quite an adventure wandering through each level for that must have item that will probably be used sparingly. Prices are on the high side for most products but selection is better than other retailers. Good customer service. Come and browse if in Union Square.

You spend more than department stores but the product quality, the staffing and staff knowledge more than compensates.

There is a wide, quality assortment of cookware, bakeware and hard to find vinegars, sauces, ciders, jams and jellies.

The Union Square store has an excellent layout for customer flow during COVID with sanitizing stations and procedures clearly in place.

Sometimes you just need to kick the tires before you commit to the purchase is the 12-inch skillet too big, or will the 10-inch one suffice? and this is a pretty nice place to do so. This storefront has four floors that share an open central atrium, sporting a test kitchen on the top level for special events.

This is the coolest kitchen store on either side of the Mississippi. Browse the first three floors for all your kitchen goods, and then, if you're brave, head to the forth floor and find the Williams-Sonoma Cooking School kitchen. This kitchen will make you feel utterly terrible about your kitchen. You will want to hire someone to burn your house down, so you can collect enough insurance to rebuild your kitchen, only to realize you'll only get enough from your decrepit house's insurance policy to afford to watch someone cook for an hour in Williams-Sonoma's godly palace of a kitchen.

This williams-sonoma is absolutely beautiful. it's several stories high with a large staircase in the middle of it. I attended a private event on the top floor and it was really lovely. They had some ovens set up for cooking presentations and they were pouring us unlimited champagne. Afterwards we were able to peruse the store and buy some high end kitchen stuff.

This is a review for the customer service there. Although I only went into the store and not past the register I must commend Austin (I believe that was him name) for doing such an excellent job. I came in last night with a list from a client and he went out of his way to journey around the store and collect everything while I hung out.

Once everything was rung up the price came to $1K. Yes, it's easier than you'd think to spend $1000 on a shopping bag full of glasses. I called the client to confirm. She ended up modifying her order and Austin was pleasant and understanding despite the fact he spent awhile collecting everything.

He even assured me that if the client didn't pay for some reason they could pay me back if I brought the receipt in. Talk about amazing customer service.

The store itself had a nice layout and had levels and levels to explore.

I hope Austin gets a raise. He deserves it.

A true paradise for lovers of good cuisine. Williams-Sonoma is one of the most beautiful gastronomic bazaars in the world. In addition to dishes, cookware, recipe books, utensils, table linens and accessories, you will find delicious teas and teas (they almost always offer complimentary tastings)
Beyond its very complete product line, the building itself is an architectural gem that is worth a visit.
Without a doubt, one of the most impressive commercial premises in Union Square. Safety pin!!

I had a very poor customer service experience at this location on 12/26/2020, from initially being ignored by sales staff to having an extremely customer unfriendly policy cited for my return to a dismissive and condescending attitude by the manager. I will not be returning.

Giant location! I was knife shopping and was impressed by their Shun offering. Staff were not extremely knowledgeable though - I found researching online more helpful - but the ambiance of the store made up for it.

One of my favorite stores to visit. This particular store is a little tight for ADA access but is doable. Elevator access in the back. Has a large atrium through the middle of the store which makes for a quaint view, but greatly limits floor space.
