Skimpy on the little things. Only 1 bar of soap in bathroom instead of usual 2. Only 2 bath towels. Room was clean. They had to move us because the first room's heater was only putting out cool air. Elevator button did not light. One elevator stopped on a floor and would not close doors to continue. Not what we expect from a Holiday Inn.
This place sucks. The rooms smell like old moldy carpet, ROOM 621 to be exact. We book for a wedding block of rooms and alllll of our rooms were on different levels far away from eachother. It seems very unorganized hotel staff wise. & way too overpriced. I felt like i was in a motel! Or an old historic museum. I will never come here again. Theres not even complimentary breakfast, u pay $14/person. Bs!

because of the pricing of their meals we did not eat from this restaurant and chose to eat from the surrounding restaurants just too pricey
Service was just ok, steak was over cooked from what I actually ordered, bake potatoe was still hard, took a while to get drinks at the bar.
Nice hotel with a full size pool and kiddie size pool. My 5 year old loved it.
Breakfast was "so-so". Price was a bit high too. Go to a truck stop and save 5 or 6 bucks, you'll be better off.
We have been going there for years alot of changes have been made.some good as far as room updates. But we really are going to miss the hot tubs.steam room, sauna,and family game room.onve your used to them being there kinda hard to go without. But if you are going there for the first time you will be pleased by the huge pool and kiddie pool.
