a waste of time and money

Older building that needs some renovation, classrooms from the 1980s, a lot of atmosphere and easy to reach from Blaak, with walkway towards the location of the wine harbor, falls under the HRO

My daughter tried to apply for animation as an international student She did lots of hard work for the home assignments When she asked a question, the reply did not come at least a week In the end it is understood that the school had not sent her the vital animation home assignment link via e-mail on time She gave up this school as she thought the school was unserious, disorganised and unsteady as she is none of these..

Love the Willy Coco acadmy 5/5 would make art there again. Metal workshop is a must see.

Very amateur student administration. They make a mess of it and have no respect for the prospective student. Pay close attention if you register here whether you have actually been hired. The confirmations are very vague (in principle you have been adopted).

The open day of the Willem de Kooning was a great opportunity to view the beautiful building from the inside. Nice to see how old details have been preserved and processed when expanding / for the required space. Also nice to see how passionate students become professionals.

Objectively the academy does not seem appealing at first sight. The two buildings are from very different times, the older one being a bit more confusing to navigate while the newer one is surprisingy neat and modern.
Now subjectively
This is one of the best art academies in the world, the way people there think and do is amazing.
Looking forward to learn more every day.
