I ve lived at Sope Creek for 2 years now and the staff is incredible! The property is kept clean and peaceful. The leasing staff is respectful and informative. The maintenance staff is quick and efficient. They ve done a tremendous amount of upgrading.

I was with this company for almost 2 years at Hickory Falls. I broke my lease because the late fees and the water just was getting out of hand. I was told by the manager at Hickory Falls that my carpet was messed up and I asked her to send me pictures of it and I have not received any pictures yet a week later. How you going to charge someone for the padding under the carpet. I had a pet as well and I asked the manager there(Belinda) why would y all keep the carpet if I had a pet anyways. My family and I cleaned the palace up and we all know my carpet was not messed up. The district manager is horrible as well will not return no ones phone call about this situation. As I was living at hickory falls I started to notice mildew forming in the master bathroom(which I am allergic too) I started to scrub the bathroom every week and it comes back(another reason why we move). Community is nice but this place is over priced and the area is not worth paying no $1000 a month this is the country and we don t even have a mall in VILLARICA so if y all saying we paying for the area and I notice people that moved in they moved out and did not stay out there not even a year. If Wilkerson do not do anything about the management team at hickory falls they going to lose money. They don t care about there residents, they are money hungry and they don t work with you on anything. I hope a change will come.

I have been at Revival before the management change. I can say that there has been an improvement with the office and maintenance staff. I have met the manager ------, and she is great. I have had no problems in my apartment since I have moved in. Reading other reviews, I am pretty surprised and don't believe half of them. I was here when the fire alarms kept going off, which was an issue with the old management due to a storm. The gate works, but you have to make sure that your car is in front of the gate and not around the corner. I work off the Barrett so this location is perfect for me
