Not sure how this company got my email address, but Lisa Wilkins emailed me about an opportunity. I responded, then a Brittainy Whited emailed me and called me. I was advised that I MUST be a certain political party in order to participate in the survey/panel. When I asked how they acquired my email address, Brittainy stated that they likely got it from a list of registered voters in my state. Ummmm.....NOPE!!! I NEVER give out my email address when I go vote. I've NEVER had to give out an address. Then she said I must have clicked on one of their Ads....NOPE. I NEVER click on Ads/spam. So, Wilkins Research Services, you all need to be up front with people about how you acquired their information.

I don't know Joe Shmo's problem.. I participated in one of their studies held in my home town of Pittsburgh . They treated the participants quite well, fed us quite well and compensated us fairly for our time. A first class organization in my opinion.

Well first I did a court case with them and that was great and I was paid as they said. Then I was sent a survey to be done online and the pay was to be paid in 24 hours via email a e-card for $10 dollars. Well I spent my time which is valuable because I believed in their integrity they never sent me anything and did not respond to my email letting them know. So I consider them lacking integrity..,grifters.

I love doing focus groups , mock jury trials, and product testing here! It is a way to earn some money,if you fit the demographics for a particular study. The staff is always so nice and polite and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. If you're in a focus or test group ,or mock jury trial, not only are you paid for your services, but you are given refreshments ( or lunch, if you're there that long)!

I've never worked for this company, but I have participated in several research studies that they have done. I have always been treated exceptionally well, and the company has always followed through with their end of the offer. They have always been very upfront about the expectations, and the compensation that they are offering. I've been happy with every experience that I've had. The folks on the phone are very polite and helpful. The folks in person are friendly and outgoing. From a panelist standpoint I think they are top notch. Will definitely continue to participate in their studies if I am asked.

This is a very thorough and excellent company to work with. So far, I've attended two of their studies and I was NOT disappointed at all. I can't wait to do another study for you. We love you here in the Columbus, GA area! Come back asap!

I was contacted to do Focus online study. I really love doing the panel and was compensated very well. I had to actually wait at least up to 12 to 14 days before I got my check but I was compensated. I love Wilkins research services.

Please don't waste your time you wont be compensated.I attended a servey that lasted about two hours. They are not professional, no one never knows what is going on.I was transferred several times to talk to someone regarding not receiving my money. I left several messages and have yet to be paid.

I have done several studies through WRS. Gail is one of the employees that is super sweet, professional, and a pleasure to do business with. They also are on time with payments and get your payment as soon as possible. I love working with them on their research studies, it s one of my favorite companies to do studies with. 5/5 all the way.

I participated in an online focus group. It was interesting and I got paid to tell them what I thought about a pair of jeans I got to keep. No issues there.

I eventually ended up working for them. I've worked in several different positions over several years. The pay is fair for the work expected. I have worked for other telephone based operations in charity and survey fields. Wilkins is one of the better ones.

I was contacted via email about a research study about politics. When I asked the study recruiter, Joy Vallandingham, how she got my personal information, she told me she obtained it "from a client." Joy advised me that I qualified for the study. I was told the study was to occur from 5/19-5/21, and that I would be contact via email to participate. I did not receive any follow-up information from Joy or anyone else at the company following this. I emailed Joy on 5/20 for follow-up, and she never responded. I'm not sure this business is legitimate.

I found out about a political opinion focus group via Facebook, originating from Wilkins Research, and decided to take a shot at it. The following day, I got a call from the company who wanted to know more about my political ideologies in order to see if I was qualified. They repeatedly told me that if I wanted to remain in the survey (via Zoom, for two consecutive days) that I had to respond "Probably" or "Most likely" or "Somewhat" etc. for my preferences toward voting for specific political candidates. Example: I will "probably" be voting in the upcoming presidential election or I will "most likely" vote/not vote for Biden.
The following day, I got an e-mail saying that from 4-6pm is when the focus group would commence on Zoom, and I confirmed my spot. At 3:45, I called the team and said that I hadn't received the e-mail in order to join the Zoom meeting. The representative whom I had spoke with explained to me that "an hour ago" they discovered that they had "over-quoted" (had too many spots filled up) in my location, so they couldn't let me participate in the survey. I'm wondering now if my responses played a role in my disqualification

They called me to participate in a focus group. They said I qualified and set everything up. The night before I was supposed to go, they call and say they don't need me. Last Sunday they called me for another study. After answering all their questions they said I would get an e-mail confirming everything and with further instructions. Never got it. Not a very reliable company.

Definitely not a scam. I've done multiple focus groups and surveys and you promptly get paid when finished. Just earned $200 to try out electric cigarettes at home and do an online survey. Couldn't have had an easier experience. The staff is always so friendly too

This job isn't for the light hearted... Many people that you call will be angry you called, tell you that you should get a real job, cuss you out, so on and so forth and Wilkins expects you to be happy while answering angry phone calls. The work itself is easy but very boring because you'll be reading a script all day and they only give you a 30 minute break. And their system for time off sucks. You have to work there at least 2 months to be able to have enough hours to take a day off. Otherwise you gain an infraction.

I recently participated in a Jury Research Project with this company. It was on June 6, 2018. The project paid me $250.00, I got a notification from my bank on July 2, 2018. I have called and left various voicemails in regards to this matter. Needless to say nobody has returned my call. This is utterly ridiculous, this has never ever happened to me. I need my funds and its completely unfair to have people take 8+ hours out of their busy day only to get an illegitimate incentive from a well respected company. Someone needs to get in contact with me ASAP

I'm on the do not call list. Therefor I have reported Wilkins research to the FCC and the FTC and filed a complaint with the BBB. Stop spamming people with phone calls, especially when on the do not call list

The rating, is one star because I couldn't give it a zero. No intelligent human being would answer a phone call survey. Only the old, unemployed, or otherwise lonely would. So, if you think the results obtained from this outfit or any other are valid, you're completely ignorant... PERIOD. Think I'm wrong? Look at the pre-2012 election polls.... duh!

the "Human Resources" Dept. is a running joke, particularly "Becky" she is on some sort of power trip---but her lack of education is very prevalent. She could use many lessons on how to treat people and employees, its very evident that she has not been in a true corporate environment. When you work for a family business this is usually the way it is. Terrible place to work, the work is horrible, the atmosphere is deplorable and there is no professionalism whatsoever. How this place is still operational is certainly a mystery.

I qualified for a two day study, however after reading reviews on google about failure to recieve payment I withdrew. I was contacted by Lynn Wilkins the owner that night reassuring me & making alternate payment arrangements as well as giving me her direct line. Feeling relieved I agreed, completed the 16hr study and haven't been paid. I have made 4 calls, leaving messages at the numbers she provided to no avail. Appears they will do whatever it takes to fill their studies & ensure they get paid from clients, however don't care about their participants getting paid.

I seen an ad online to participate in a focus group. After I submitted my information, I was contacted within 5 minutes. I did a prescreening questionnaire and was qualified to participate in the focus group. After the phone screening I did an online questionnaire. A few days later we held the focus group, the study was about four hours long. I did receive my payment today. I would definitely participate in any other survey or study conducted by WRS.
