I participated in an online focus group. It was interesting and I got paid to tell them what I thought about a pair of jeans I got to keep. No issues there.

I eventually ended up working for them. I've worked in several different positions over several years. The pay is fair for the work expected. I have worked for other telephone based operations in charity and survey fields. Wilkins is one of the better ones.
