Fantastic customer service! We left town for my son's wedding in Louisiana, leaving my youngest daughters bridesmaid dress. We didn't discover this until Friday morning the day before my son was to be married. This store went above and beyond on customer service, which is so very hard to find these days. In particular a team member at this store named Xoici handled the shipping for us, keeping us informed of the transit location, and calling us when the package arrived just to make sure everything was in order. She took a personal interest in making sure it was handled and all I can say is WOW! I'm so very impressed and so appreciative of this young lady's professionalism, attention to detail, initiative and customer service. This store really came through.
My item had to go in a large bag with a self sealing strip (not a UPS product). The clerk did not want to listen to me in the slightest about how to seal the bag and insisted on doing it her way, and I figured she'd know best since she works at UPS, so I obliged. I regret not standing up for myself. The seal ended up wrinkled, when it could've been smooth, had she listened to me. As a customer, I did not feel heard or appreciated, and I'm not inclined to choose to do business there again.
This is a great store. I often ship expensive instruments and they have never failed to get them to me in excellent shape ond on time.

This is where I go for all my post office needs. I support business that support the local schools. This UPS store supports my daughter and her high school soccer team. I've always had great service for anything I need from copying to mailing items.

On a Thursday I pay for order next day service and my packages doesn't arrive on Friday. I don't worry too much because I figure I will get it on Saturday before I leave for my trip. Unfortunately, I find out that UPS does not deliver on the weekends! So I have just spent over $100 plus extra for shipping, for something I won't even be able to use. The post office is open on Saturdays, so that is who will get my business from now on.
I had a 2 packages that needed to go out to 2 different places, all 3 employees jumped to help me out. I was in and out of the store within maybe 10 minutes!!!

I went into their store yesterday with a bulky exercise machine I was going to return to manufacturer. It weighed 80 or so pounds. I stepped in and asked for a dolly. I was greeted with a smile and she headed out the door to help me. I told her it was ok but she followed me out on a very cold day and helped load it. She and one other lady were helping me and did a lot of work coming up with the best way to ship it. Turns out the cost was prohibitive. I apologized for all the trouble. These ladies were so nice and told me it was ok. I asked for the dolly again. She got it and proceeded to help me load it back into my vehicle! I was stunned. Customer service was incredible. They couldn t have been any more amazing! UPS should be very happy to have these two ladies working for them! I wish I had gotten their names so I could mention in review.
This store is a joke. Sadly, they accept Amazon returns, however, they do not provide the ease of returns as every other store (that accepts returns) does. I went in, not realizing that I had to pre-package my return and print off the label. So, I was told, with a lot of attitude, that it would be $4 to print ONE label in their store. They have lost their ever-loving minds. But, i should've figured seeing how they wanted $13 to pick it up. I literally walked next door to office depot and printed the same label for $0.21. Shame on you ups.

I have a package that was supposed to be shipped from here on Monday and it's Saturday and have yet to receive it so I called them and they said that they can't even find my package in the system I really would like what I ordered

We arrived at UPS with armloads of precious family heirlooms that we needed to ship, some not even in boxes. The staff simply checked them all in, and took care of everything, packaging and all. When the packages arrived at their destinations, we found they had been packed with great care and protection, so that not one of the items was ever lost or damaged in the least. Problem solved.

I've went into the store 2 months in a row, I've had major jobs that had to be complete. From the big banners on vinyl, programs, letterheads, financial statements, all of these things we're were designed, completed, at the time that was given, and not a lot of time to try to get it together. Shout-out to Mrs Debbie. You rock girl, I have never walked in the store and you didn't have a smile on your face , all the crazy calling you did it with grace i never knew what kind of day you were having because nothing never showed I know I was aggravating but you never let it show. Second time I've sent a package with them. First time they had a package circulating from FL to the recipient's town for two months and gave us the runaround when we called while also making no effort to call us to resolve any of those issues. I managed to get access to it by literally stopping by on the morning while visiting my relative and catching the delivery van before they sent it to be taken to another state once more before returning it to FL in an endless loop. This time, they took my items at the store, put them into the system, but I left before they packaged it up in front of me. Now it is 'lost'. The contents? 1000+ dollars worth of stuff, all meant for my husband while he's our for military training. I paid for two day shipping, too, so I put down a hundred dollars for delivery as well plus what we lost. Don't go here. Waste of time, money, and, apparently, full of incompetent people and thieves.
