My item had to go in a large bag with a self sealing strip (not a UPS product). The clerk did not want to listen to me in the slightest about how to seal the bag and insisted on doing it her way, and I figured she'd know best since she works at UPS, so I obliged. I regret not standing up for myself. The seal ended up wrinkled, when it could've been smooth, had she listened to me. As a customer, I did not feel heard or appreciated, and I'm not inclined to choose to do business there again.
