Nice and modern resort with a very good location in direct proximity to the lift. Our apartment is well furnished. Friendly staff is also available.

It is wonderful place to stay in. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful. Rooms are nice and spacious. Very organized open kitchen with all the needful things.

For Asians though have to adjust with out water in the toilets. They would need to get used to the papers.

A fantastic resort !! Its here for the 6 times now. Fully equipped, close to the lift, restaurants, ski shops and a cozy fir. In short, a must.

Very nice modern apartments. The decor exceeded our expectations. Apartment is equipped with everything that is needed in Altag. Great kitchen. Super clean. Everything new. Good service. Rental of various residences. Luxury set up. Different size of apartments. Underground parking. A restaurant, fitness center and wellness center with sauna and swimming pool Directly on the Smaragdbahn for every three Residenz. Recommended.

Great resort for a ski vacation. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The apartments are very modern and comfortable. In the kitchen only high-quality brand appliances are installed. Everything looks very clean and new. If you want to relax after the slopes, you can go for the sauna area here. This one is very clean and new. All in all, we had a great time here and will definitely come back. Can I only recommend 100%.

The apartments are of very good quality but are not recommended during the summer for lack of air conditioners in the rooms

Highly Recommended ! Have vacationed there in 2018 (and in 2020 we will go there again). Everything was very well maintained, the facility is very nice! The resort is also very dog friendly! The environment where the resort is located is a dream for those who want to spend a little more active holiday

A spacious and modern appartment only 5 minutes walk from the lift. For me the perfect place for a skitrip.

I really liked the stay. The penthouse is very stylish and comfortably furnished, so you immediately feel comfortable.

The location is great and you are right at the gondola. The apartments are also equipped with everything and are a great size. But what is a deduction in points is that it is very noisy here you can really hear everything. What is also not so great is that the towels are not changed automatically here.
Another thing to complain about is the spa. It is very nice but much too small. As soon as there are more families, everything is very crowded and incredibly noisy and if you are unlucky you won't get a lounger at all.
For the price, some improvements should still be made.

Beautiful hotel! Very luxurious and only a few meters from the gondola that leads to the ski area. For relaxation you can use the wellness center or the swimming pool! The apartments themselves are also very luxurious and beautifully furnished!
