I ve been shopping here for years (and spent a small fortune on gear). I will continue to shop here since they provide great advice and customer service.

The guys are always helpful and chill. Drop in and ask about what you need, if you can, because not everything is on the Web site.

I've been shopping here as much as I can (! - any excuse!) for 20 years, what a great local asset it is. Mac and his crew are unfailingly helpful, knowledgable, tactful and the range of items is great. I always come away having learned something and even though many items are available online far cheaper, I buy here to support local business and keep it going, and I'd love to encourage others to do the same. Being able to try on a range of boots, backpacks, and look at tents and sleeping mats and so on is a great thing and these guys know the product, and stock the best; that's worth paying for! Oh - just want to add - as others have said, the website does not show the full range, drop in if you can.

Went here for the first time to get my first set of climbing shoes and had a fantastic experience. The staff were super knowledgeable and friendly and obviously very passionate about their sports. At no time did I feel like I was just "a sale" and at all times I felt like I was being helped and guided to make the best decision for my own satisfaction and what was best for me. Mind you, it's not a cheap shop, but if you aren't concerned about your budget this is a fantastic place to be.

Had a guy called Mack serve me. Really great service, willing to go above and beyond!
