Good deli. Great little "cafe" area for eating in. Good selection. Nice that the store also has a coffee shop and bakery inside the store and a juice bar and salad bar... Lost one star because at times this little grocery store can be either too busy or the music too loud or both but honestly, this hasn't stopped me from continually returning to shop or eat in.
I m always provided with great customer service. The variety of products are comparable to other similar grocery stores in the area.

Mom and I stopped at wildberries to grab lunch and we decided to eat there. We each chose a pasta salad from their Deli which was delicious and we chose pre-made sandwiches which were delicious also. Mom grew up in Arcata so it's always fun to Window watch and eat at the same time. The food and entertainment was wonderful we had a great time. PS We also grab dessert at Ramones which is inside wildberries and they make wonderful desserts pastries and cakes yum yum.

Awesome, one of the best organic markets we have ever been too. If you are ever in Arcata it's the place to go for some awesome food. Also the farmers market is the best you will ever find. We will be traveling from Brookings OR to Arcata to shop at the farmers market again. Also the restaurants in the area are outstanding. Awesome vegetarian and vegan food. We love everything about Arcata, the shopping and the awesome people.
Great grocery store with tons of local products. Aisles are a bit small, but prices are good, and overall a great selection of options.

Food bar has good stuff. Really good pizza. Hot and fresh mac n cheese. The raw meats are the highest quality in the county if you ask me.
I wasn't a huge fan of the supermarket section of Wildberries, but I absolutely love their Wildnectar juice bar and sandwiches from the Wildplatter Cafe. Love getting some food and drinks here for a nice lunch.

They always have yummy hot food. They have a great organic selection, but also a few non organics. It makes it a nice place to shop if you are on a college budget but care about the food you eat. Also, Saturday's they have 10% off for college students.
Good deli bar, excellent coffee bar, and SUPERLATIVE juice bar - probably the best, north of San Francisco. Mask compliant, courteous employees and good parking. Prices are in the reasonable range.
Such a great shop. Loads of really good produce, well set out with an amazing atmosphere. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Definitely a place to stop and shop at. Having cafe on the side is so good as well.
Well they've got location and great employees...the juice bar is great. Other than that it's highway robbery up in this piece. The hot bar has terribly unhealthy selection. Only the heaviest cheapest foods cooked in low quality oils. Definitely not good for your health. Produce is nearly double a fair price. Idk how they get away with it... Convenience of location really... Savages!

Wildberries supports the community (Humboldt County). Arcata is a very special place where there is a strong community fighting against the relentless attack from corporations for control. I've been shopping at Wildberries for 25 years. Across the street from the Museum of Natural History, 3 minutes to the community plaza, and a 10 minute walk to the community redwood forest.
Overpriced good food also free bathroom til 9pm - rare in Arcata

They occasionally have inexpensive meat that they want to get rid of and because of how fresh and high quality the meat they have is, it's never gotten me sick or anything.

This store is a bit expensive but there are healthy choices like the fresh juice bar, varied delicatessen, and lots of good selections with meats, fish, and healthy cheeses, breads, etc. You can't beat on site Ramones with baked goods, tea and coffees.
I sincerely wanted to give this place 5 stars but before leaving the store I decided to use the bathroom since we were heading back to the campsite. The bathroom was so utterly gross I was better off at camp. The toilet itself had no toilet seat and was covered in feces. The toilet seat and the cover were on the floor next to the toilet. I hope the employees have another bathroom to use as you can not possibly wash enough to come back uncontaminated. Sorry I couldn't even take a picture....it was so disgusting I let go of the handle.

So glad i found this place! The staff is always very nice and helpful. I typically stop in for a vegan burrito, baked potato, salad bar, soups and a cherry cream soda. Vegan burrito is amazing if you get it on the right day. Baked potatoes have always been good. They have a curry soup that is tdf!! And the salad bar... Best salad bar ive seen in a long time. A great place to stop, a little chaotic, but it all adds to its character.. A chaotic little gem and a frequent stop for us!
I like this place. It's a fun place to get a snack. Although, it is pretty expensive. If you have a large grocery list, I would not come her. Otherwise, it is a great place to go.
There are two different areas to buy food here, and one is not part of the Wildberries store itself. Refreshing, clean, open, well stocked and with creative decorating for Halloween

The hot bar is reasonably priced. A hit and occasional misadventure. Gets a bit troth like after the dinner hour though they seem to have the leftovers problem nixed. Standing in a grocery store check stand line with a massive square ceramic plate of food is a riot. If you've never felt awkward in your life it's a great opportunity. Oh and the staff is wonderfully chipper and friendly and .... helpful... It's surreal. You kinda leave buzzing. Check it out.
My wifey and I shop at wildberries at least 4 nights a week. She likes the sandwiches and salads. They always have a good variety of things to choose from. The produce is really good but really, really pricy. The store is clean and they have beautiful fresh flowers and a person to wrap them and put a colored ribbon on them which is nice. They have really good burgers from the grill. I recommend this place. I would give them 5 stars if their produce was somewhat affordable.
Wildberries is special. It's unique blend of employees compliment a wonderful selection of delicacies, and you can also find simple basic items. They also house a special sweet treat (R's) if in need. Most are friendly, however, some staff haven't completed (RAOK) training so they lack genuine courtesy towards all. Lee is great! While the shopping experience was great, the flavor of the Wildberries branded chicken strips lacked most flavor. With that I deduct 1 star.

Quality food, clean store, a little spendy. It's nice to get coffee at the in-store Ramones bakery and sit out on the porch. You can also get 1/2 lb of granola, a banana and some milk (or whatever you're into) and eat it there. Bowls and spoons are located at the salad bar.
Nice selection of alternative foods for a rather healthy choice. Their selection of alternates is pretty impressive for a small independent (I think) grocery store. Chose from various types of styles of butters (Irish, organic, non/-dairy, etc.). The fresh deli, juice bar, coffee counter and produce are well represented. Their beer selection of local crafts, and other popular choice beers makes it a nice place to shop, just don't count on many bargains being had here.
Local chain, almost Whole Foods, but Humboldt specific. Nice place, but as inferred, on the pricey side, wont be my go to place for weekly groceries, more for specialty goods.

Wonderful local market. Most items are organic and locally grown. They have a great selection of produce and many unique items as well. I was visiting for our daughter's graduation and they had lots of fresh flowers to choose.

Standards for the deli have plummeted since covid. Soggy sandwich had them remake it and it was soggy again. I took this chance after my friend and his wife got food poisoning fron the deli the other day and welp, at least I didn't get that!
