I have been buying flowers there for years and have always been happy with the flowers and the service. I have to say however that the service today was far less than what I have come to expect from them. The friendliness was non-existent and they did not give me the impression that they wanted to be there. In this challenging time, I would think service is what will keep bringing people back, but based on my experience today, I might be looking for a new florist! I hope it was an aberration......

This is hands-down, absolutely the BEST flower shop in Calgary. There are no words to express how this little flower shop has managed to be the best kept secret in Marda Loop given its world-class selection of flowers from all parts of the world (just checked out their wall to wall refrigeration unit brimming with flowers organized by color) and sophisticated creative floral design creations that keeps bringing me back for every single occasion without fail. But best of all, the staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly and accommodating, many times going out of their way to help the flower newbie make the difficult decision of which floral arrangement to pick (or in my case, many time, they will customize a bouquet for you). There are simply too many delightful details about this shop I can rave on and on about, but just remember - the quality of the flowers you get from this shop cannot be beat. No wonder every trip to this place makes me Wild About Flowers, indeed!

I love this place. I get flowers from them from time to time and they provide me with the best service. Even if I have to make any changes, they always accommodate it to my needs. Their manager is super, Yrene is the person to go to as she is so dedicated, and makes sure that you have everything you need. The best of the best !!!!

Yesterday on Feb.03 I came to buy flowers for my partner for our anniversary. I came to this place due to the good reviews on Google. In reality, the staff here appeared to be very unwelcoming and even rude. My festive mood was just ruined and I left this place with a very sad feeling.

I have been to Wild About Flowers countless times since it has opened. It has always been a favorite and I always request my partner to shop there for flowers as well. Usually it is a great experience. However today was not that kind of experience. We were not welcomed when coming in and the service was less than good. I was disappointed that the staff seemed unexcited for my business, flustered at helping me when I was looking for specific flowers from the fridge, and it felt like I was an imposition. Not sure what happened today but it has deterred me from returning for future purchases. So far the flowers are still in good condition but it is unfortunate that in a time like this the service was poor. I know from currently working for a small business that it is a stressful time but it was none the less extremely disappointing. I am all about shopping local especially in Marda Loop but I will likely be taking my business elsewhere.

My go to spot for all things floral. A delightful little shop that is so underrated! They have a lovely selection of unique creations for any occasion. Tiffany is always amazing, super knowledgeable with an absolute stunning eye for details and great customer service! Although part of the shop is blocked off right now due to covid, staff here do amazing to ensure every shopping trip is a good one. Definitely worth a visit if you haven't already!

I called in to order an arrangement for a special occasion the day before I needed them, gave the store an amount and what I would like to see in the arrangement. I was blown away by what was created, I couldn't have asked for anything more. The flowers are perfect, thank you for the care and obvious attention to detail that were put into this creation, very very impressed. Will definitely be back.

I called to inquire about potting soil and to know if different items were available at their location. The person who answered was super friendly and provided some great alternatives as they didn t sell potting soil there! I will definitely go check their boutique very soon!
