Garret did a fine job repairing my iPhone 5's lighting port. He works patiently and dillagently and got it done exactly as promised when meanwhile the Apple store was near useless.
I had a broken cell phone screen and GNB Technologies came to my place of work, which was extremely convenient for me! I worked with Garrett who is not only technically experienced, but a friendly and professional person. He explained everything to me and gave me a very competitive quote. Then, when life will sometimes do and through no fault of his own, the screen was defective, he worked double time to get another screen. He had to basically do the job twice, but was true to his quote. I have a home computer which is need of repair and I will most definitely engage GNB to do so.

The agent not any did all the work on my computer remotely, he explained to me what he was doing and why during each step of the process. He then went above and beyond by giving me a tutorial of how to properly access and use the new networks and drivers he created.
