Loved that this distillery shares history of whiskey's origins and how intertwined it is with the Pittsburgh area, the whiskey rebellion, Alexander Hamilton and George Washington, as well as a tour of distillery process. Some really unique tasting products, too!
Would ve been five stars if the wait staff was competent. Prolly the best burger I ve had in Pittsburgh.
While the food was great, I will never be back. It took as long to get our beers as it did our food. Other tables were getting water and drinks galore and we couldn t even get our waters refilled. Every drink we ordered and we ordered only beers took 15 to 20 min to get.
We sat and watched the staff cleaning silverware and chatting instead of worrying about us.
Ordered the dinner for two for the day before Valentine s Day, it had a predefined pick up time, however after multiple calls to the number specified it took actually entering the building to be given our meals only for it to be cold. I wish I could take back the tip I prepaid as it is clear no-one actually did anything extra... food was fine once we reheated it but I won t be buying dinner from Wigle ever again.

Man this place has come a long way! First time here since the remodel and I am absolutely blown away. Cocktails are fleshed out and spot on, ambiance is great (just get rid of the TVS guys) and the food was on point.
Came in for the bourbon, but stayed for the lunch. Food is amazing, wait staff and bartenders are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. A pleasure to done here.
A dangerously enjoyable spur of the moment stop. Clean, open, and friendly bar and tasting room with friendly staff and absolute willingness to discuss, promote, and share their product. I felt very welcome and enjoyed a friendly, low pressure tasting and purchasing experience. On top of all that, I truly enjoyed what I tried and took plenty of it home with me. Very happy I made the stop!
Wigle has consistently made wonderful products - I haven't had a bad one in the 8 years I've been going. This was my first time trying their menu, which was delicious! Plus the local history - well worth a stop!
Beautiful Grain to Glass Distillery doing it right. Some of the best craft spirits in the country. Innovative drinks and great food. Really cool space with grammable exhibits throughout on the region's alcohol history. And fun and informative tour that mixes history with whiskey production. Really a must stop in Pittsburgh's Strip District.
Great time. Fun, informative, worth the price of admission. Wigle makes a great product and they love to share.
