Wieringa lawyers works closely with the bankrupt "Antoine Endtz" who, just before his bankruptcy, asked his clients for advances that he knew he would never ever work for. He passed the baton to Wieringa and afterwards no one knew anything about the unduly paid advances. If you are right and your money is dear to you, stay away!

Wieringa Advocaten has helped me several times, in various fields. I have always experienced their work as professional, accurate, fast and thorough. A very professional company.
For more than 1 year I have had to deal with 3 different lawyers (including partner) from Wiering Advocaten (in the role of receiver) to purchase household effects. I ended up paying unnecessarily a lot of money for an estate and the process took far too long.
You do not have to agree with each other in terms of content and I also understand the role of a curator, but Wieringa Advocaten excelled in unreasonableness and shamelessness:
1) Poor accessibility, blunt and especially arrogant communication; only accessible if it suits them (hiding), hardly prepared to give a telephone explanation, average response time to an e-mail 2 weeks.
2 Messy and unprofessional; file not in order, poor transfer and limited substantive knowledge. Not the willingness to listen to further explanation or to deepen further. Errors are not corrected or acknowledged.
3) Power and money driven; misuse position, pressurize and once the money is transferred no more telephone contact. Everything that you have not legally recorded is used against you. Hardly any cooperation and communication to achieve a good transfer / completion once the money has been received. Every simple, extra promotion is disproportionately charged.
4) Little empathy and integrity towards the entrepreneur who takes over household effects with a lot of risk and (a lot of) money. People are totally insensitive to the ethical side and context of the story. Reasonability and fairness are therefore hard to find here.
Tip: if you have a choice, I would advise you not to do business with this office. The entire process cost me an unnecessary amount of time, frustration and money, while I was really in good faith. If you do want to work with this office, I advise you to bring your own lawyer.

Wieringa advocaten is only after money. For each email they send to you, they charge around 60 euros. You will never get a deposit that you paid in advance, they will make a whole series of services that they will not even perform, so that you do not have to pay this deposit back.

Wieringa Advocaten; You have been warned about Wieringa Advocaten in Amsterdan. This law firm in Amsterdam first wanted to receive 1500 euros before a question was answered. After I inquired about the steps that could be taken, very little response was given.
Then I contacted another law firm to find out what was actually still possible for me in terms of compensation.
The price for such a service from the lawyer that I engaged outside of this law firm was considerably lower than the price for the unsatisfactory services of Wieringa Advocaten in Amsterdam (400 euros for my ultimately chosen lawyer, 1500 euros for Wieringa Advocaten in Amsterdam).
The lawyer in question, working for Wieringa Advocaten, responded to my claim in a manner that was quite disparaging in my opinion; thus I have decided to use a different law firm and I would certainly recommend that.
