My goods issue has not worked for 11 weeks because my working system with .CWS was accidentally overwritten by an employee with CWS2. Since then, the scales dialogs have been crashing all the time, various evaluations of sales are no longer correct and invoice journals are incorrect.
Mistakes can happen, but a customer with sporadic repair attempts that only came when I filed a complaint again, trying to keep on a leash, I find pretty poor.
My employees are in a bad mood and have to do extra work because the system has been running for 11 weeks! does not work and nobody looks intensively for the error!
I feel let down by Bizerba .....
