I bought a 10 package box of batteries, as I was told they work best with widex hearing aids. The plastic tab on these batteries make changing the batteries a chore as It is difficult to pull the tab off while inserting the battery. I contacted customer service only to be told I can ask my dispenser to order some with the longer tab. then was told I could ask the dispenser if they would take the others back. that they were not sure if the dispenser would. they said they don't make the batteries rayovac does, that explains the short battery life. I'm not in the habit of begging or pleading with anyone. A solution can be made by the company given that i paid thousands for two hearing aids and accessories. Regardless of the solution I will never buy widex batteries again. Put a tab on it long enough to make installing the batteries easy to install for us that are later in life with maladies that come with age.
It is my first hearing aid and from first day each 2-3 days i complaint about it to(k&h). But they didnt pay attention. Finally new audiologist over there told me the hearing is not problem, and i need aid with 2 mics. When i asked change it and evev i dont want you return money to me just let me i hear good , they said my probation time finished. Now i am alone with 4500$ loss and not proper hearing aid. Go some where take care you not just care about thire benefits.
My Widex beyond hearing aids are amazing! Love the connectivity, and they are very discreet.
