Customer service is gud ... But cost is too expensive when compared to amoga air fiber networks. Try 2 upgrade the plan . iam a customer of erowide for 1.5 years.Planning to go for amoga network as they give unlimited data at low cost Can u give unlimited data like amoga air fiber network in erode..My Friends are getting 100Mbps speed with unlimited data at 1000 Rupees

I Saw your fibre plan in ur website..Is this your updated plan or is it old plan?Want a fibre connection at palayaplayam but your plans are expensive !

The price is too much for a 1000GB plan..Gonna go for airtel or Jio which gives 3000Gb at 799 Rupees at 150 Mbps ..Reduce the price Ero wide or give more data atleast

The location on Google maps is not accurate.. Neither is it easy for a Newbie to spot the place. The response from the vendor side is also poor. I had to wait for 15 mins on the road, not being able to spot the exact place and no one gave sufficient directions or support from their side. So I gave up. If the service is this bad when a new customer is trying to reach out, I am not sure what would happen when a customer who has already paid them tries to reach out. However good their Internet connection may be, this kind of customer service, is totally not appropriated

I have requested the new connection and I took 2 weeks. I was bit frustrated since I was redirected to many person. But Finally got the connection and they explained the difficulty in that. Thanks a lot for the effort your team took. I'm getting the exact speed they promised in the plan and I'm a new happy customer of Ero Wide

Bro ur plans are too costly ...Airtel and jio are giving unlimited data at 100 Mbps Speed at 800 Rupees...Try 2 Upgrade ur Plans bro ...Its too Costly .i Wanted a fibre connection but after i saw ur plans iam gonna go with jio or airtel sry.
