Wide World of Wines Review

Best wine store around! If they don't have it, you probably don't need it.

The food here is just ok. But I do like to eat here once in a while because I like to look at the decoration of the restaurant, I really dig those wine containers. An average cost for lunch with a drink is Wide World of Wines.

Great selection of wines from all over and good prices.

I've been buying wine at WWWines for over 20 years now (among several that I frequent), and it remains a top-notch wine shop. Great selection of great wines, including many fabulously expensive labels, but also always a nice sampling of well-selected bargains, especially from new producers. Best to sign up for their newsletter - sales are good, but the very best feature of the shop is the special tastings the put on in their basement warehouse area, typically each year a Spanish tasting and the best Champagne tasting you'll find, and often Argentine and Italian tastings as well.

Smaller store kind of tucked away, but everything is well chosen and the staff is very good (especially Hugo, the owner). Worth getting on their tastings list if you want to learn more.
