Terrible communication. I work for a multi-Billion dollar global corporation that purchases from Cremlington,. I spent an entire month emailing and calling, trying to get simple information about orders that are late, all without response. Half the emails on their website are of people whom left the company and the rest go without response. If they are willing to ignore orders of our size, how will they treat you?
A breath of fresh air, to some people hard work is something to avoid, and trust me this place is relentless crampacked with like minded people with one respectfull commitment to get the job done, and with comradeship the likes I have not seen since the seventies, throughout the whole team, so glad to be part of it, industry could learn so much from this establishment, hear you don't feel that you're a number, there is a saying, you will thrive if you're cut from the right cloth, perhaps I am, the wheels of industry turn, from the willingness to help each other smile under stress and achieve the goal, I should have found this place years ago, my deepest respect to all.
