Purchased from the company yesterday and my order arrived the following day so I'd say fantastic service. Unfortunately there had been damage in transit so I took a photo and emailed. Spoke with their online customer service associate and got a prompt response. Replacement goods was immediately dispatched and was received the following day. Total purchase exprience = absolutely no hassle. Kudos to their team! Will definitely purchase again.
