Whites auto

My husband and I went to White’s Auto today, 24 June 2026 because we are having an issue with the check engine light on our 2025 Ram 2500. We had a 1:00 appointment set up and we arrived about 10 minutes early. We explained to the service writer that the check engine light periodically comes on then after awhile it goes out. We also told him that we took it to Auto Zone and had the codes read and was told it was an issue with the catalytic converter. We waited an hour and a half and our truck was not moved to be checked. The service rep said the techs were late coming back from lunch, that was the delay….. in our opinion this was not acceptable. We have been there approximately three times before and had EXCELLENT service and customer care. Katy took great care of us each time we went in and she is no longer employed there. I have no ideas why they lost employees but the customer service has dropped so low they are now on the same level as Gary Mathew’s in Clarksville. I think now we will refer White’s Auto Service as “Gary Mathew’s Jr.” We will be finding a new Dodge dealer for our Dodge Ram. P.S. There is a list of things in the lobby that White’s provides to the customer and one of these is washing vehicle each time you come in for service……. This has never been done
