Whitehall Residential Review

Whitehall Residential is unprofessional and works dirty. They only care about making money. I've witnessed staff sworn at and spoke to like garbage. Negative stars in customer service and being treated professionally - units never tended to, disgusting properties, garbage, weeds, overgrown pathways, rats, leaks, smoking in underground parking, etc etc etc. They band aid all problems instead of fixing. Would strongly recommend Park Property Management. Former tenant of both managements.

Big promises and unable to deliver. As a Board Member for WSCC228 The worst! I would rate 0 if that was an option. Save yourself huge headaches and costs Steven is only interested in raking in management fees to build his log cabin and always on vacation ? Wayne Arthur s has the lowest credentials in Property management licenses and Steve was to take on his responsibility as his mentor and did not happen? I would love to get a response from Steven as they did not hand over condo documents to new management company. Steven you have my number please call me.

Whitehill Residential was great to work with, Suzanne C. and her staff were professional, understanding, and great with people. While we were attending our work they managed to assist us when needed, as well as tend to the needs of their tenants. Great to see a property management company cares for the residents and staff.

Was a tenant for this property management company. Worst ever your unit is never move in ready. Never do maintenance and when they do, it s not done right. (They have this little guy doing everything and he is alway high lol such a joke ) They do a bandage repair pathetic company to rent and give your money to. My suggestion don t ever rent with them.

In my experience this is the WORST property management company ever.

I have experience on a volunteer board of directors and I also helped run a 300 unit apartment building successfully and I do not find this company professional, responsive and just way too expensive for the service which is missing!! Run the other way!!

Steven and Angie are two of the most diligent and professional managers I have worked with thus far. There is a very apparent attention to detail & order to the way they manage their properties.

Biggest joke of a company repairs over 1 year waiting .. wont clean... do not hire this company ... anyways if they run a building you are thinking about renting do not... unless you enjoy once a month cleaning and rude staff
