We had the best drivers who got us safely from San Jose to Reno through a chain control storm over the summit after our Alaska Flight got diverted. They were very professional and personable and went above and beyond to get us home safely!!!
Just an FYI for those that it's important to: this is a Christian Family owned transportation company. They have the best/nicest/most reliable buses on the road! Of all the private for-hire bus companies out there this is one of the two that I myself, or would allow my family, to ride with!

Whitecastle Tours was AMAZING for my 4th grade class's field trip. We had four 4th grade classes attending a field trip at Mission San Jose. In an effort to reduce cost, Whitecastle Tours agreed to shuttle buses back and forth from the mission to our elementary school 4 times to accommodate all classes. Irene Kodsy was prompt in responding and very easy to work with. They are incredibly reliable, and I would use them again in a heartbeat!
