We have been working with various insurance brokers over the last 30 years and have never come across anyone who provides the type of prompt, professional service that is provided by Whiteboard.

We have had Whiteboard as our insurance broker for several years and have decided to renew again in 2020. Their customer service is always candid and quick to respond. I appreciate how easy their database is to navigate when I have questions about new or old cases. I have used Whiteboard's HR Pro's resource many times and have always received good answers to my often complicated HR questions. The feature I like the most that Whiteboard provides is their EMT Triage service which comes out to check on our employees in person. It's an excellent alternative to phone triage and is very helpful for our employees to see someone in person before going to a clinic or simply getting First Aid. I would highly recommend Whiteboard.

Our experience has been nothing but wonderful with our Whiteboard team so far. It has only been a short time since we started our partnership with them, but I am not lying when I tell you at least once a week I find myself mentioning to co-workers how the level of communication and all around helpfulness is like night and day from what I am used to. The teamwork approach that Whiteboard takes to an often frustrating industry is amazing and effective! All brokerage companies should be taking their lead. John, Ben, Andrea/Debbie, Chris, Jodi, the solutions team, the Got Safety/EEAP Team, have all been fantastic and we are so very thankful for all their time and hard work.

John at Whiteboard provided us with exceptional service the 1st year when he took over our previous policy and made no money on that policy.
