We stayed one night and it was very pleasant. Wish check-in wasn't so late. Beach access was nice. The food was good from the restaurant. Had nice pools, sadly didn't get the chance to use. Room was clean!
The room was clean but the experience at the hotel was awful. We arrived by check in but they didn t have a room ready for us for 2hrs. After waiting in the heat we finally get in the room and the ac wasn t working and the bedroom only had one socket near the tv which was used for the ac in the bed room so my kids didn t have tv in the room. On top of all the inconveniences I was told no when asked if I could check out an hour late. Spent over 500 to come enjoy the day with my family at the beach and wish I had just stayed home. Will never give them my business again and to think my husband wanted to stay another night I said absolutely not
The hotel is in a perfect location. The rooms we clean. My hotel phone didn't work. No small coffee pot. It was the week before memorial day and they didn't have staff....meaning, the wait at the front was long. Had questions that couldn't be answered, and when I asked for a late check out, on a Tuesday, the answer was no because they didn't have enough staff???( And the front desk associate who answered the question was beyond rude) This resort would get perfect rating if it was staffed,( and staffed politely) and run a bit better.
My husband and I spend one night at this horrible hotel. We were celebrating my husband s birthday. It started with noise coming from directly underneath our room. My husband contacted the front desk and they said they have until 10 pm to make noise. We asked to have our room changed and we were told they are fully booked. The noise did settle down however it did get loud again at 12:30. We contacted the front desk once again and we were told they are just getting back from a wedding give them a chance to settle down. Are you kidding me? Why would they put two adults in the middle of a bunch of 20 year olds that are from a wedding. This noise went on all night with nothing done about it. We got up and left by 8 am so we could go home and get some sleep.The walls In The hotel are paper thin.
The management is beyond horrible.
I called several times asking for a manager and of course no manager to speak to or no calls back. Who does business like this. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was clean in a great location to the beach. Service wasn t perfect but it was pretty good. Beds were comfortable. I would stay here again. Close by to the boardwalk and it only took us about 5-10 minutes to walk there.
Great place. This resort was built in the 80 s. We ve been staying here every year since 2018 in the same room. Room needs updating - upper left drawer of dresser has no track so it falls out and the toilet paper holder is not attached to wall. Also, screen door to balcony falls off track. Their continental breakfast is just bagels. I m giving it 4 stars because despite the negatives we always make happy family memories and service is always great. There s a large pool and access to a private portion of the beach. It s also a five minute walk from the boardwalk where everything is.
We had a wonderful time here renting the only 2 story apartment that they had. This allowed us to get a clear view of the beach and ocean from the upper window. Fantastic stay. Can't wait to go back.
Our church has been meeting here weekly in their ballroom, and we have had a fantastic experience. They are incredibly accommodating, Kelly, Kevin and Brandy have been so kind and hospitable towards us. The facility is very clean and is a beautiful facility. Can't recommend more!
