You can paddle up the creek for a surprising long way. They have paddle boards, sit on top kayaks for one or two people. Went here for my birthday and had lots of fun.

Hours of operation are there for a reason! I come and they are always closed ! Wth

Your website doesn't specify that you must reserve online, if so not clearly. It says that you can reserve online but not that you must. And i dont know what online reservations are going to do if we are still going to be in contact with the employees.

Contact free? I bought a mask, i got handed a life jacket, you guys push us into the water....? But that's fine i get it, but i would have reserved my spot online had it been specified right under it, not accepting walk up appointments or however you want to phrase it. Just think it should be more clear before driving 30-40 minutes to get told that you have to reserve online.

Such a great experience. We were greeted by friendly faces and they made sure we were safe before sending us out on the water. The staff work really hard here make sure you take care of them!

A storm came and they ran a boat out to our people and picked them up off the water. It was a huge help because the wind was blowing very strongly in the opposite direction.

I went kayaking last summer, and it was a fun experience. They get you in and out pretty quickly. They don't have lockers, so you can leave your stuff in your car, or they'll hold some little stuff for you at their spot. The kayaks are reasonably priced. It's right on White Rock Lake, so you can go on the huge, open lake or go off to the side on this more narrow river part. My only complaint is my boyfriend and I had different kayaks, and his was pretty uncomfortable because it was for more seasoned kayakers, which he was not. They seem slightly disorganized, but it's no biggie! Still a good time if you're wanting to go do something fun on the lake for an affordable price.

Kayaking is fun. Lake view is good but the kayaks here are uncomfortable. I tried my first kayak here so it was cool. But can't handle it for more than an hour.

White Rock Paddle is situated on White Rock Lake in Dallas. They equip you with everything you need for an outdoor adventure in Dallas. Service is nice staff are friendly. The punch card is great got repeat visits.

The staff was great. They answered all our questions on the phone and were very nice and easy going once we got there. The kayaks we saw didn't have any back supports but that's about 50/50 with kayak rentals. The price was the best part! Very affordable. However, the reason we won't come back and it has nothing to do with the staff, is the high amount of pollution in the water. Once we paddled off of the main lake, which allowed much larger boats that created 3 foot wakes, and got back into the more secluded creeks, there was such a difference. The top of the water was covered with a film. The smell was putrid (different from a natural sulfer smell) there was garbage covering the shore banks. We would return if the water conditions improved. However, as of now we don't want to even get splashed with water that smells like rotting garbage.

This was fun! I was timid to go on the lake but it was gorgeous! An experience I am looking forward to going back!

First time kayaking for me. So much fun. They even have paddles for your little ones. My teens are pro's at it. So they were exploring the lake. Employees were great over the phone when I called the day before with questions. An just the same face to face. Will be going back.

Overall I love it, online booking is now required so it held us back a bit last time we went. But under the current circumstances, that's understandable. Definitely worth the experience and the staff is friendly!

Paddle boarding on the lake is a fun activity. Crew is helpful and friendly. It's a bit on the pricey side. They absolutely need to warn people about the parking situation. Police stop by regularly to ticket lines of cars with no signage warning about the parking.
Apparently white rock paddle co is aware of the issue but doesn't feel the need to warn customers.

The paddle boarding was fun! However the employees were extremely rude. They were not helpful, never smiled, and told us "we are the unfortunate people that work here". I brought 20 cash and when I went to pay they informed me of the tax which would have been nice to know beforehand. I would highly recommend paddle boarding the lake but I would choose another company.

Great company! My only complaint is that they only have the kayaks with open holes at the bottom (which they don't mention on their website), so definitely wear something you don't mind getting wet/that won't be uncomfortable once wet (so not the jean shorts and t-shirt that I wore). Pay the extra two or three dollars to use their waterproof, floating bag for your electronics and such (or bring your own), and bring a Bluetooth, waterproof speaker! That will be awesome to have out there and really helps the vibe, trust me. The hour you get is plenty, and the area is very peaceful and relaxing. Enjoy!

Very easy rental, people were really nice. Don't forget to tip, they are out there roasting in the sun. Never been here before but will do it again for sure. Went with the tandem kayak. Thinking I'll try the paddle board next time & see what that is like.
