Courtney at customer service went out of her way to try and help me find what I was looking for. She accompanied me to the area where the products were supposed to be located, and then went into the back to search . She was completely professional, accommodating, and gracious when after ALL the time she spent with me I decided against purchasing anything. Excellent customer service without a doubt.

Love the location and layout. Would love a larger variety of bows similar to the Cincinatti location but otherwise love shopping here.

Bought a Bass Pro brand deep cycle marine battery that lasted only 2 months past the warranty. (36) months. The Everstart that I replaced it with was unbelievably 11years old and still had some life left in it. When I called BP and inquired about it the representative laughed and said I was lucky to get 2 years out of it. Junk. Never again.

The place to go for all things outdoors especially anything revolving around hunting fishing boating Etc. That seems to be pretty helpful as well and knowledgeable about what they're selling which seems to be a rarity these days

Considering that Bass Pro is the hunter's superstore you would think that they would be able to keep ammo in stock. Very disappointing. It won't be in stock till mid November apparently. Will have to find somewhere else more reliable to buy my ammo.

My wife won a gift card from work. She enjoyed shopping there. A shirt, sweater and a hat! Little expensive but gift card made it possible. Bought Rugar hand gun. 22 ammo seems scarce in 2020.

Every time I shop at Bass Pro Shop, I enjoy myself.

It is a very clean place and nice to visit. But need wider range of products to select from then what they have. Prices are higher for items when comparing to other places. Wish they had the fish tanks like they used to. I noticed play area needs updating.

Bass Pro is always great! Awesome atmosphere and great things for sale, the only negative thing is some prices are high.

If you've never been to one you must go. Anything and everything for outdoor types. This particular one is easy to get to as they have their own road. If they don't got it you don't need it plus they will have things you didn't know you needed. Service has been great

Wasn't there to buy, just to look around. Very nice displays if you are into hunting & fishing. Prices looked to be on high side but I'm not a sportsman.

As a truck driver, is easy to give in and to get out of the parking lot.

Very poor customer service. They said they price match so I went to the customer service counter to get a north face jacket prices match from the north face web site. PS they are suppose to be north race retailer so should have already had the same price. Customer service counter was super curt and said they only match brick and mortar. North face has brick and mortar but apparently because it is an outlet that does not count. She said we would have to call around and find another place that not only carried it at the lower price but they would need to have it in stock for them to price match. If that was they case after all this I would just buy it some place else. I spoke to another manager and they said they would honor the price because they are a north face retailer and then changed his mind because it was out of stock.... Needless to say my family will not be shopping here again. Inconsistent information and jus bad policy.

Good to see boat seller and he gave us a lot advices and more information about Lowrance. Also good sales on fishing stuffs.

Staff was unhelpful. Lady cleaning the bathroom knocked me into the wall didn't even say excuse me or anything.

It is a totally unique experience. From the childrens clothing to the camping supplies, it is a fun place to browse.

We had so much fun! This is a place where families of all ages can have an amazing time. Workers were in great moods and everything was very clean and organized even though it was right before Christmas. My kids loved seeing Santa, looking at toys, and checking out the fish. But their absolute favorite was the boats! Thank you to the sales guy who had so much patience!

Always worth a visit. This store has enough to keep the whole family busy for hours. The store is well organized so you can get right to what you need if you aren't in a mood to wander.

You need it, they've got it. Hunting, fishing, camping, and housewares all have their home at this store.

Huge store with great selection, but terrible customer service with long lines at checkout. Not what I expected from Bass Pro. Pathetic to be honest.

Customer service associate John was snarky because he said they didn't handle lifetime warranties. I had to go find the item I wanted to exchange myself because he couldnt find in their system. When I found the item he changed his tune.

If you haven't been there you should go. Even just to see the fish.

Take your kids to see the Aquarium and Taxidermy. The sell pretty much everything you need for almost any outdoor adventure. Hunting, fishing, hiking, kayaking, boating, pretty much everything. It is a good place to take the kids for free fun.

This place is amazing! If you're an outdoor enthusiast of any kind, it's worth a look. Even if you're not, stop in. There's a larger number of taxidermied animals in scenes, a giant fish tank, and games up stairs.

I have been a customer of Bass Pro Shops since 1975. I have purchased Bass Tracker and Nitro boats exclusively but the service I received from the boat service area was not good at all. They had the boat for nearly a month, the quality of the work performed was not good . No pride in workmanship. The screws that were used originally for the repair were stripped and some were missing. I had to ask for them to be replaced. There was Grease smeared and coffee spilled on the carpet. The deck was put back on pushed up on one side. I had to ask for them to put the deck back the way it was. I had a $2,100 trolling motor put on the boat, and being that the trolling motor was bigger than the original the boat cover was going to need to be altered. I paid $325 to have a $450 boat cover altered and then the straps we're not put back the way they were on the cover in fact, they were left off altogether. So the boat cover could not be pulled snug over the boat anymore. I went ahead and took it because the boat was over there for a month. I would think twice before having any more work done on my boat there. Bass Pro Shops need to consider the image that that service department is portraying . Total spent on that experience was $3300.00 I almost forgot I was charged 157.00 for a new Battery and it was never put in!!! Just a empty slot filled with water.

Knife selection was pretty impressive. Santa's wonderland was different (as everything has been in 2020) but I was pleasantly surprised at how well the photo with Santa turned out considering the face shield and the plexiglass divider between the children and Santa... Hats off to the men and women doing all they can to make those moments as close to the way they have been in the past. They're really trying to provide that magical world of wonder for the children and I appreciate that as a parent. Together, with the right attitude and a common goal, America can beat Covid-19. I believe that! Merry Christmas to all!

Went in there to get a gift card . I go in there a lot to buy fishing lures and tackle . they are the only place around that carries the kind of fishing poles that I use .

took back a pair of Red Head side zip boots 800 gram insulated that were coming apart .wanted to give me a $29.00 gift cert. instead of replacement pair. very disappointed , told them to keep the boots since they won't stand behind them! SO MUCH FOR THE RED HEAD BRAND !! After talking to the Store MGR. we arrived at a solution and all sides were good. Bass Pro Shops did stand behind the Red Head Brand.

Love Bass Pro... My most recent trip deserved some special shout outs!

I had an issue with a pair of expensive sunglasses which were purchased directly through the manufacturer. After having no luck (and even a very negative experience) dealing with the manufacturer directly and the in-store personnel for this particular brand, the ladies at the Bass Pro sunglasses area came to the rescue! They went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Most impressive.

Super cool store in Clarksville. On top of the aquariums and products. They had a large shooting gallery and putt putt golf course. Super fun for the kids. Nice large indoor archery range toi.

Great place to look for all the latest bow hunting gear and accessories! I could spend my whole pay check here!

Great place to shop, even if you don't hunt, fish and camp. The store inside is beautiful, worth a look if you have never been. Great outdoors without bugs.

I am in need of Keen steel toe work boot, and even though they were advertised they only carried hiking boot. Thanks for the 45min drive, and 4 dollars in tolls....
