Very poor customer service. They said they price match so I went to the customer service counter to get a north face jacket prices match from the north face web site. PS they are suppose to be north race retailer so should have already had the same price. Customer service counter was super curt and said they only match brick and mortar. North face has brick and mortar but apparently because it is an outlet that does not count. She said we would have to call around and find another place that not only carried it at the lower price but they would need to have it in stock for them to price match. If that was they case after all this I would just buy it some place else. I spoke to another manager and they said they would honor the price because they are a north face retailer and then changed his mind because it was out of stock.... Needless to say my family will not be shopping here again. Inconsistent information and jus bad policy.
