Wonderful dealership! This is the fifth car I ve bought from them and as always, a very positive and excellent experience. My salesman, Anthony Paladino, is such a nice man. Very patient and helpful. He spends so much time helping me choose the right vehicle, and when I pick it up, he spends time to go over all the new details and features, and show me how everything works. And he doesn t forget you once the sale is over. I can call anytime and he will answer my questions or concerns.The service department is the absolute best. Any problem at all, (not many!) and they come to my house, pick up my car, bring me a loaner car, service mine quickly and return it, not only are the problems resolved but the car is cleaned inside and out! I don t even consider any other make than Lincoln when i need a new car.

From day one he gave us white glove service. He is very knowledgeable of the Lincoln products and knew everything about the Aviator which is the vehicle we leased. Every time we were at the White Plains dealership William always gave us his utmost attention, always had a smile on his face and spent time with us. He was always looking out for our best interests! I was sooo overly impressed the first time I met William that I sent my sister Kim to meet with him and she wound up with a Corsair. William will always be highly recommended.
