A family member recommended me to go to this Kia as they had a smooth experience a couple of years ago when they bought a car there. They actually joined me when I went to look at the 2021 Sorento.
It was an underwhelming experience. We had told the sales person that we were interested in paying cash and were not interested in financing. And he kept bringing us prices that dealt with financing. I understand that as a business they make more money on financing but stop pushing something we don t want. And follow-up was terrible. I had to be the one to reach out to get an answer. Constantly chasing a salesman? No thanks.
Long story short, prices were switched up on us and not what was agreed on. We went to Northeast Kia in White Plains and had a better experience and received a better deal. Got the exact car I wanted with all the features I asked for.
